We just installed it so...

I have a narrow space above the sink where I had to always remove the light fixture to get the shade in or out. Bought this fixture because it's base is almost flat to the ceiling. It worked! Only issue I had was the bulb cover didn't screw tight to the base. You can't really tell there is a space between in my situation so it still worked great for me.

white inside holder shows to much

the white piece that the bulb gets attached to actually drops below the black frame so that you see it hanging beyond the black frame, deal breaker for me. Just wish they painted that stuff black to match.

These are great! Very chic and modern. They look quite expensive even though they are so affordable. I paid extra for 2 day shipping to get them in time for my electricians and they shipped faster than anything I've ever purchased in my life. Very happy with the light and very impressed with Bulb America in general.

i would buy this again for its economic nature, but the bulb housing on this fixture is extremely dominant in the aesthetic. I wish there was just a bit of a returned lip, or the case around the housing was just a bit deeper. it would likely not be such an issue if it were black and not white.. otherwise, it gets the job done, easy to install, and cheap

I purchased maybe a dozen of these light fixtures for a couple of renovations, as these go well in all parts of the house. Installation tip: The middle "screw"-like part that connects the inside metal bar and the light socket can be totally screwed off, so you should adjust it accordingly.

These are BLACK, not bronze - and they are not possible to install. Either mine was missing parts...

These are BLACK, not bronze - and they are not possible to install. Either mine was missing parts, or was assembled previously by someone else and returned -- no idea, but it was not possible to install these in my very standard ceiling (where I have installed many other lights, fans and accessories). The instructions are nonsense. Instant return.
