Poorest quality

This is losing color and looks so horrible just within 7-8 months, whereas my previous one lasted almost 15 years without any issues. I need to see if I can paint it so I don’t have to replace this as replacement may cost a lot for which I have to remove frame, Glassdoor and maybe even some tiles again. Don’t buy this product and waste your money and time. Very disappointed to see the quality we are getting these days

I never got to try out the product because it was delivered three times broken. And then the company stopped trying to give me a product. And the customer service sucks. I bought this as a whole unit the three walls and the shower pan. Shower pan was delivered with no damage but I can't use it if I don't have the walls. They only want to refund the money for the walls. What am I going to do with the shower pan. Three returns and 4 weeks and still no refund.

There was not a drain available in Home Depot that would fit...

Best alternative to tiled base

Great alternative to tiled shower pan. Saves you time and money. Why would you risk water leaks with a tiled shower? Install this pan on a mortar bed and enjoy your showers. This pan is super easy to install. It is pre-sloped so water drains quickly and easily. Extremely easy to clean. Dropped a bottle of shampoo on it and surprisingly there was no damage to it! Not a single scratch or crack. This shower pan does NOT stain after using different cleaning products ( I use scrubbing bubbles). No stains after using different shower products ( shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, shaving cream, or even a hair dye by my wife). Highly recommend because of ease of installation and ease of maintenance. Removed 1 star ONLY because of pricing. It should cost a little less.

Solid pan, make sure you check the parts list

I think Mustee shipped a bunch of these without the drain seal and strainer, so make sure you check your parts list. As of Oct 2023, this should come with both the rubber gasket (seal) and the plastic strainer. Call Mustee if you're missing these parts, and they should ship them to you no charge.

This is a decent pan. You do not need to...

This is a decent pan. You do not need to purchase a drain, this pan drops over a 2" pipe and you jam a supplied fat oring down from above to seal. You must slap down some mortar or durabond to set the pan in. If it rocks at all, itll loosen up the oring over time and youll have a leak under your pan that you wont know about

It was good quality and arrived well packed with no damage. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong type of shower pan and I will have to return it. Totally my fault.

I had to build a 12 inches tub stand. I connected to a saniflo system. Mustee tub was not design for this kind of project.

It's lasted more than 15 years

I installed this unit over 15 years ago. It was simple to do and the drain hookup was easy (use the dowel to tap the gasket in). It's solid with no flexing or leaks. I highly recommend it.
