Easy to install and very functional

I was looking for a large shower base that I could easily tile without a lot of additional work. I did a lot fo research and found the Tile Redi brand to be very reputable and exactly what I needed. I was impressed with how well it is made and how easy it was to install. This base is built to last and I very glad I purchased it. I highly recommend it to others.

Slow shipping, good product.

Product arrived without damage, the shipping process leaves a lot to be desired.

Would never recommend to a customer.

Cheap and flimsy, could feel it flexing pressing in it with my hands even after trying to shore it up a good bit. Wound up tossing it in the dumpster before we tiled.

I was pretty not thrilled with this product. For the price, and for something made in a shop rather than made in the field, I was expecting something very close to perfect. It wasn't perfectly square or plumb. The curbs are for some reason not equal width which is baffling. The drain options are limited. It works, and install wasn't bad, but next time I will just build my shower pan from Schluter components.

this is the best product, if u need something that is 100% leak proof. My first remodel was only 5 years ago, contractor built a shower base... it was a leaking 1 year after, and gave me problems every since. This Redi-base is the best product ever!!!! thank you Lowes for having this product available. I just purchased a 2nd Redi-base for my other bathroom.

Horrible Product!

Ordered product, hired licensed plumber to install, after product set and dried, flex and cracking noise when stepping on shower base. Tile Redi technical support says, that's normal, go ahead and lay tile, they can not come look at it, they get this call all the time (according to them 1/8" of flex is normal) how about the noise? Won't promise if we take it out and re-do the mortar the base won't brake. So, no matter what we do - no warranty. Contractors and plumber do no recommend using this product. Greatly disappointed, look at amazon reviews and BBB prior to purchase!
