Going to return it because there are too many pieces that have to be put together

Absolutely love. We have the dual grill already wanted to by another but sold out. So I bought the small one and we are just as happy with it. We had the dual chamber one for 15years. Bottom burned out . So I love this brand great that wayfair had it.

Grill is nice although a little smaller than I thought it would be. The assembly service I paid extra for sucked. They came almost a week after the grill arrived and did not take away packaging when finished.

Grill is just the right size and the appointments make it user-friendly. it cooks great. And I like the easy clean-up.

The grill took an entire morning to assemble, the delivery people left the grill on he driveway by the street and I still cannot find the grill cover.

Worked great for a party we had, easy to assemble

The quality of the materials is good and assembly was straightforward although somewhat long. The grill heats evenly and adjusts easily. I dropped one star because it came to me with the adjustment assembly loose and missing a screw. There were no instructions for this since it was supposed to come assembled. I was able to identify the screw as an M6X1 and had one in my garage, so I was able to finish the assembly. This should have been obvious when the grill was packaged, so their quality control needs some work.

the grill arrived damaged

I bought this grill as a Father's Day gift and it arrived damaged, we went to the store and they didn't have physical change and what they did was return the money to me, it wasn't what I wanted, I would have liked a replacement

Great grill. The instructions are very clear on installation. Cooked fantastic and am very pleased with this purchase!

unfortunately the stainless steel front has stained and I have tried using several products but I'm unable to remove the stains, bought it 2 months ago and have used it 3 times

Easy to put together. Used the first day. Ribs were grilled to perfection!

This purchase was made to replace a Dyna-Glo that we’ve had for almost 20 years. The design has been changed slightly for the better and that is the charcoal tray is mesh instead of solid metal which allows the ashes to fall through to the cleaning tray. Easy to assemble. Recommend purchasing the cover which is very nice and fits over the grill like a glove.
