Ordered online, picked up in the HD locker. The part was broken. Went to Cust Svc and they said there were no more in stock at their location. The said another HD had 13 in stock 15 miles away. I got a refund and drove to the other HD. They had NONE in stock! I had to go to a 3RD HD another 10 miles away to get the part. HD offered nothing for my time wasted based on their inaccurate inventory system. Product, when finally installed, was fine and works well.

I would have bought it anyway, but I didn’t think it wasn’t new when I did. The 2 year warranty is nice, but the large, thick Warranty sticker that you applied lacks the date and will interfere with thermal dissipation. The heat-shrink plastic is wasteful and unnecessary if you snug the screws, especially since it doesn’t cover the contacts. I won’t know whether this breaker works properly until I remove it, so I hope you don’t void the warranty if I do.

Very disappointed

Planned my project around the arrival of the breakers. Had everything ready to go and received the order and it was totally wrong! Wrong breaker ,wrong manufacturer! Sent an email with information of the problem and received a reply and replacement order on a Saturday, but with shipping it going to setback the project at least another week. Good service reply but still no breaker yet.

The floor associate was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding the right circuit breaker and searched the inventory to find the circuit breaker for me.

Needed a pretty rare breaker and found it here. Ordered on line and got the item in two days. Follow up - the breaker failed after 6 months, so I bought a second one. Then I reported the problem so the manufacturer; they said call the seller. Now note that at this point, I have purchased two breakers as I needed the replacement and didn't want to screw around with warranty claims, etc. Breaker showed up at my house, and I reported the failure to Canada Breakers. I HAD A REFUND WITHIN AN HOUR for the second breaker I had purchased. Recognize that they were within their rights to just replace the breaker (so I would have had 2 of them). You never know who you will be dealing with in an online purchase, but these guys rock!

These double breakers have been around a long time, but not many people, other than electricians even know they exist. If your electrical panel is already full with single breakers, you can replace them with these double breakers, giving you extra, separate breakers inside the box. Keep in mind all breakers are manufacturer specific. Be sure you purchase the correct brand to fit your panel. IMPORTANT: Be sure by adding another breaker you don't increase the electrical load to the panel. On my install, I know only three breakers are running at one time and the total load is within code specs. You don't have to be an electrician to change these out, but make sure to turn power off to the panel before even attempting to remove the panel cover. Do it if you are familiar with working around electricity.

Arrived missing one of the screws that close the wire gate to hold the wire in place. Took it back and received a refund because Home Depot had no others available. All that aside, it would have done what I needed had it been complete.
