The handles were stiff to turn and eventually broken. There is no replacement offer from the manufactory now. I have to change all the faucets in the bathroom for keep them the same styles. I am very disappointed with this products and will not purchase it any more.

Hansgrohe disappointment

I bought an earlier version of this faucet through Faucet Direct. Two sets were ordered and when installed the a couple of the handles were stiff to turn. Eventually they were no longer difficult to turn, but now after three years another handle is so difficult to turn that I use a washcloth to turn it off. Considering the price paid for the units, I find the quality very disappointing. In addition to the handles, the drains don't seal up and some of the finish is already wearing off. According to Hansgrohe's website, I would need to return the product in order to get a replacement. It does not make any sense to hire a plumber to dismantle the faucet, mail the product to Hansgrohe, and then have to hire them back to reinstall. During our renovation we bought three other GROHE faucets and two showers, we have had no problems with the Grohe products. I don't think we'll be buying Hansgrohe products again.

For the price of these I expected much more, they feel quite cheap and not very solid. I have just renovated 3 bathrooms and these were the most expensive faucets I purchased and prob the ones I’m least impressed with.
