Quality and finishes of the trim is marginal

The valve body quality is very good that you trim is very cheap plastic. Seems very overpriced for the quality.

How can you make a spec sheet for a product and not include the width? I’m installing valve in a corner and need to know how close I can be. Thanks. I guess I’ll assume it’s a square.

I just got this trim,and im very disappointing, is PLASTIC, what bothers me is when they just specify the material for handles because is good, but when is plastic is no information to be found, for the price should be brass,,

Plastic faceplate

I was expecting a solid metal faceplate, instead its plastic and coated to look metal. Disappointed because of this. For the price, I thought it would be a much more solid piece. Plastic is more prone to water marks

We went with all high quality parts for our 2 bathroom remodels. We know that we will not have to do another remodel with the help for our purchasing associate at Ferguson. Very helpful. Bought mostly Hansgrohe parts and that faucet is a piece of artwork! Beautiful!

I love this! One control sets the water temperature, the other sets the volume. You don't have to fiddle to get the right temperature. If more than one person uses this, you just have to know what setting you like. I've had other models, that cost more, and they didn't work as efficiently as this faucet. The price on Home Essentials Direct was less than my plumber could buy it, even with the tax I had to pay.
