The valve body quality is very good that you trim is very cheap plastic. Seems very overpriced for the quality.

I just got this trim,and im very disappointing, is PLASTIC, what bothers me is when they just specify the material for handles because is good, but when is plastic is no information to be found, for the price should be brass,,

I was expecting a solid metal faceplate, instead its plastic and coated to look metal. Disappointed because of this. For the price, I thought it would be a much more solid piece. Plastic is more prone to water marks
