A little plastic looking, and not the quality we were hoping for. It is functional but I would not recommend it for future projects with historical bathrooms.

Dissapointed...

I’ve had this towel rack for a few years now. When purchased I had so much going on as we’d just moved & had painting & such going on, I didn’t assemble right away. When I did the set screws were missing. Again took me a bit but I contacted the company by phone to see if they’d send me two very small set screws. I was told I had to send in a copy of the receipt & what was missing to a certain address. They then would review my information & decide if they’ll send it to me. After their review they’ll get back to me. I usually save all receipts & paperwork from new items but inadvertently I lost the receipt. I told her this & she replied that was too bad, there’s nothing else you can do. I spent 100. on this item. I can take a picture of it for you in my bathroom, we can FaceTime! I’m not calling them to run off with two set screws. Honestly they purchase in bulk, how much do they cost, 10 cents? I haven’t bought set screws yet, I’m still angry. Every time this thing wobbles from no set screws I cringe! I would never buy from this company again! I’ve had friends ask me where I got it & I tell them my story & to go with a different company!

Very disappointed. The top side pieces are cheap plastic, that don't match the chrome finish on all of the poles.

What a rip off. Supposedly its solid steel but the fitting parts are just spray painted plastic which is unacceptable for the price point. Im returning this. Even my cheap as chips ( 18 of the price ) freestanding towel rack is all metal!

Disappointed

I wasn't expecting a mix of plastic with the metal components. Assembly wasn't bad, but the end result wobbled and there was nothing I could do about it. I even attempted to drill holes and add securing screws to the base connections where the horizontal bottom bar meets the two vertical pieces, but that didn't work. Not worth the money spent and, since I'd already put it together I ended up donating this disappointment to Goodwill.

Love the is towel bar, the shape is beautiful and seems sturdy. I do wish the bars and the bits attaching the bars matched more though, they are slightly different golds.

I only kept this because we need a place to put towels. It will eventually be replaced with a heavier nicer one. Visually it's nice but it's mostly plastic and it feels cheap. If it's going to be in a display bathroom or not get much use, it might work, but our bathroom get's used a lot and I'm not sure it will hold up to the wear and tear of daily use. Looks okay but had to be honest about this one. Not my fave

After having this product for more than a few months. I can safely say I regret mAking the purchase. It constantly loosens on its own, all I am placing it are two bath towels, two hand towels and a washcloth or two. It is way overpriced for what it is. I would keep looking.

Perfect stand for my bathroom. Not too small not to large. It's pretty sturdy. I like the dark bronze color. My husband hangs out some clothing as well. I love it!

This towel stand is very nice. Looks very nice in our bathroom. Very elegant. Wish they had it in black matt though.Assembly was a little challenging, but overall very satisfied. I would recommend

Beautiful! We live in Florida and the house we purchased had towel rings on the wall since there wasn't much wall space. We have plenty of floor space so I bought this since our towels have a hard time drying in our humid weather here. It is sturdy and lets a regular size bath towel be nearly completely stretched out so they dry well. Very happy with it.
