Broken Faucet

Stainless corrugated sheath severed and can't be replaced without a receipt. Didn't save the receipt from over two years ago, so they won't help me to replace under warranty. Next brand.

Poor water flow and function

I have had this product for almost 2 years and water flow has been horrible since install. Just thought it is what it is. But all my other faucets have amazing flow. I have requested a new valve body from American standard, we will see how that works out. Functionality is not all that great either. Only gives you the look you are desiring.

Very nice great price

Terrible low flow / pressure

I installed both 4932.350 and 4932.410 in a new kitchen. The water pressure in the building is excellent, but the restricted flow from the faucets is weak at best and unacceptable. Client is furious. Can this low flow be improved? Where is the restricted?

Nice quality, looks good. Lasted 3 months before water stopped flowing due to collapsed tubing. 2 weeks without water in then kitchen. Wayfair has replaced it - hoping next one lasts better.

Issues with sprayer and hose

After having this product for about a year and a half, the sprayer switch started to malfunction to the point where there would barely be any water pressure. Eventually it got bad enough that when I would turn it on, water would start to leak out of the hose part of it. I replaced the sprayer, but when I turn on the fan and mist functions, water still comes out through the twists on the hose.

Poor water flow

We did our kitchen over, liked the look of the faucet when we saw it in the show room. The plumber installed it and when we started using it we noticed very low water pressure, nothing like our old home store faucet. Tried emailing American standard, never heard back from them. Besides low water flow the range of the wand isn’t that good either. A lot of money wasted.

American Standard Edgewater Kitchen Faucet

Stylish and well made. Looks great in our newly renovated kitchen. Matches perfectly with stainless steel sink and granite counter top.

I knew I wanted this type of faucet and if I am being honest chose this one based on the look. Now that I have installed it I love it for all sorts of reasons. It has very precise spray patterns and its stays put where its moved. The height is great for smaller kitchens.

Still thinking about it

We bought this faucet and it is difficult to turn on and off. Help!

Very functional design

this faucet is wonderful with a dual bowl sink and I suppose it would be with a single large bowl sink too. I love having the single control lever on the right side. It makes it possible to turn the cold water (or hot if you prefer) first. Much easier than the single slide lever behind the faucet.

Great price point for a well made faucet. A nice faucet for a more contemporary industrial feel. Height is not too tall like some other brands and similar styles.

LOVE IT!!

This is by far the most amazing Kitchen Faucet I have ever used! I am so glad that it is mine! I love that it will reach across my Triple Bowl Sink and the bar that holds it steady when I'm not using the sprayer is so convenient. It looks so simple but when you use it you realize how awesome it actually is!
