Nice faucet. Like that spray shuts off with the water so that the next time you turn on the water it’s a stream.Update: Will be looking to replace this. Constant water splash no matter how careful I am.
Beautiful faucet - looks and works great
Looks beautiful and functions great. I had been wanting a matte black faucet for a while. Modern and elegant. Pull down part works easily. Arrived quickly in perfect shape.
Inside damaged and Leaking
This was put in my new house in late 2020. Water started leaking out the top of faucet around the sink area, and underneath in the hot water hose. We want quality not quantity. Wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone. My grandmother has had the same faucet and fridge for over 50 years. Stop dishing out crap products when we know we can have better.
Beautiful in gold
A bit disappointed
Sink does not drain as the diagram depicted and the faucet does not retract
Nozzle stop button is jammed
I recently moved into a new place with a kitchen that was newly renovated (faucet was installed one year ago). The stop stream button is jammed, making the spray head completely useless. As many others have commented, this is a low-quality product, given the price.
Beautiful kitchen faucet!
I love this faucet. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is b/c when I pull down the part that comes down it doesn’t always go back up by itself like my last one did. But the beauty of it makes up for it.
Good, But 1 Giant Flaw
Much like other reviewers, the sprayer head 950-381 broke and sadly it is a common theme for this model. Even though Pfister has the part (they will replace it per warranty), they would rather you pay more using a middle man. Instead of providing a design fix and selling it, they would prefer you buy another model or spend your time trying to hunt down a vendor that bought it from them.
Excellent quality. Works like a charm!
Broke within 1 1/2 years of minimum use
Installed this sink in January 2022 and just like many others the seal broke and it is now shooting water.
Disappointed
Just moving into my newly renovated home and this faucet has been leaking since installation almost a year ago, haven't lived in the house so it didn't really bother me until now. The spray function is unusable due to water spraying all over. It's a beautiful looking faucet just wished it worked as it should..
Very happy with this.
Do not buy this faucet. I only had it for a few weeks when the sprayer hose started leaking due to being so cheaply made.
Pretty but leaking in multiple places after 2 years.
Bought this faucet two years ago and now needs to be replaced. Also was never a big fan of the logo on the front of the faucet.
Less than 2 years in and hose is failing
Just like several other reviewers, my faucet is failing at the joint in the hose near the head. Terrible quality for the price paid and age.
Works poorly
Difficult to pull down and return.Very awkward to use.
Garbage
Bought a house that had this faucet installed. The buttons on the nozzle head broke. Called Pfister to get it replaced, but since I'm not the original purchaser I am not covered under warranty. The model number for the head 950-381 isn't available anywhere (even ebay). When I asked where to find it they told me to "ask at home depot". I know that whenever I buy a kitchen product from now on it won't be a Pfister! The tag on the unit said it is only 2.5 years old. The universal ones you can buy online don't match. Great job guys.
problems with the handle
Can't screw back the handle, it's strip
The black paint started chipping off this faucet very soon after install! It looks great, otherwise.
Leaks after less than 2 years
I have the exact same problem described by Bobb H. in his 1 Star review. My Kitchen cabinet has been flooded twice. Pfister was nice enough to send out a replacement sprayer, but unfortunately, they did not take the time to identify which part is causing the leak. After replacing the sprayer, I figured it out them moment I saw Bobb's 1-star review. As it turns out, the sprayer replacement does not include the part you see in Bobb H's pictures. I will attach a picture of mine. The exact same white seal is broken inside this part. I'm attaching an image for comparison. I now know that this seal is a quality problem and I guess I have no option but to switch brands. It is just really disappointing that the support folks did not have enough product knowledge or did not take the time to confirm which part is leaking. This means the one out of warranty exception for part replacement is wasted. When I called back today to describe this, I got some attitude. The support person could not wait to hang up since the faucet is out of warranty. Thinking back now, they were pretty quick to decide which part is leaking and they miss diagnosed.Honest opinion, Stay away. You might save yourself a flooded kitchen in 1.5 years by learning from Bobb H. and my experience.Alex Less
