Beautiful!!!

Adds the perfect touch!

We needed to move our light fixture to be centered over our dining table but didn't want to patch the 8" hole that left in our ceiling. This medallion looks perfect and covers the hole! It was a bit difficult to install as my husband couldnt easily find a product to glue it to the ceiling right away. It fell off a few times before the glue cured, and got a small dent during one of the falls. We took turns holding it up until our arms gave out, and finally the glue stuck. Then he caulked around the edge for a seamless look. Factory primed matched our ceiling perfectly so we didn't paint it. We plan to put a few others up in our home to add some character and will definitely purchase from Ekena Millwork again.

This medallion is beautiful - I love how it looks with my chandelier. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that you have to cut out the center yourself. For some reason I thought the center came out. It took the guy who installed it *a while* to do it himself. But as my picture shows, it is a beautiful, contemporary look - I really do love it :)

Finishing Touch

Remodeled a formal living room. Added crown moldings and felt a ceiling medallion would add a nice touch. This one-piece medallion came ready for paint and was easy to install. Nice overall quality.

Medallion enhanced my chandelier dramatically without spending much money. Contrary to the installation instructions I used the canopy to hold it in place. Installation was easy. I have a chain of exclusive bordellos throughout NYC and plan on upgrading all my whorehouses with this very sexy medallion!

Worked good for my celing fan

Worked good for my celing fan. Large and in charge. Accidentally cut out center too large. Easily fixed it with drywall compound..and wood bits. Painted the inside of medallion and one band the same color as my walls. Really made it pop. A bit pricey.

This medallion is painted and installed on our new ceiling. It looks great with the new crown molding I also installed. It would be good if you shipped it with a "starter hole" drilled in the center. A 5/8 " hole is the standard size threaded support nipple in the ceiling box.
