Terrible Customer Service!

Do not buy. When opening the shower door, it shattered. Our contractor said the glass must have been defective. We only had the shower doors for a year. Very dangerous. Beautiful but not safe.

First, I love the design and substantial feel of this shower enclosure. The installation video and instructions were great; I decided against using the plastic seal strips, and I have no regrets after 9 months year of use.

High quality operation and look. The finish is right on. The instructions were very well done. I was surprised how well the packaging was done. Lots of foam. I did not like the delivery . I found the box resting outside tetering on light fixture. A wind could have blown it down.

Thick glass, operates smoothly

I had analysis paralysis & struggled for months to select a shower door for our master bath. I was attracted to the long bar pull on the Vigo. It’s heavy, feels premium, slides well & keeps the water in the shower. Upon install the glass was foggy on one side & required full strength vinegar, Dawn & time to scrub off. A small faint foggy area, like breath on glass or a mirror, appears to be within the fixed panel glass near the rail (disappointed but I’m probably the only one who’ll notice).

I love these shower doors...they look fabulous installed. Im very happy with the product. Just note that it is very heavy and you will need at least 3 people to move the box. Mine sat under an overhang, outside for approximately two months...I had no one to move it. The contractor brought it in piece by piece to install it

Door easy to install! Delivery service was excellent, received numerous updates through phone and text message prior to my delivery. The glass is really heavy and perfectly transparent. The door slide is smooth and noiseless.

I love this shower door and how it looks with our bathroom design! It matches everything and ties the shower together. What I don’t like is how the plastic edge keeps coming off the door when it is opened or closed a certain way. I had to have the guys trim it to keep it on.

Shower door is much better than we expected . High quality glass & fixtures r on door very classy looking . The door is tight keeps water away & rolls very smooth. Would recommend to anyone. Delivery was quick packaged well .

I wouldn't want to pay more than the $700. It was on sale, but for $700. A beautiful edition in an old bathroom very easy to install. And one of the best packages I've ever seen. I mean, everything was laid out compartmentalized it was fantastic.

Unless you have lots of patience, have a professional install it. Otherwise watch the YouTube videos and be ready to do the dry fit process and readjust it a couple of times. Took about 4 hrs but it’s so worth it. It’s beautiful and totally looks professionally installed. Not to mention it was delivered 2.5 weeks early. Love it

Absolutely amazing doors

love the product, this is the second glass door for shower I bought from Home Depot. the first one went to second floor. it was hard to install and I hated their system. But this one is amazing. I love how they engineered it with some error in mind when drilling holes in the walls for upper cross bar. Keep up the good work guys! will definitely buy again. wonderful product.

These doors are heavy and sturdy, and look very nice. But the doors have been in for two days, I haven't even showered in my new shower yet, and already there is some damage to the black finish on the pole where the rollers roll. The finish is a little scratched and I can see the silver underneath. So I'm concerned about the finish long-term.

Beautiful but it leaks

Like another review, it's beautiful and very sleek look with a really smooth rolling mechanism. Would have given 5 stars, however a fair amount of water splashes from the gap underneath the door. I even bought a bottom door sweep hoping it would work but because of the rolling mechanism on the bottom, it didn't work. I'm still looking for alternatives because I don't want the leak to then mess up my new floors. My contractor said that he brought it down as low as he could.

I Would say these are a really nice set of shower doors. Honestly, almost equal to that of what you would get going the custom glass route but for about 1/3 of the price.

Door exploded- purchase at your own risk

The door exploded as my licensed contractor was trying to install it. fixed panel was fine but the sliding door exploded to a million pieces. Thank god nobody got hurt and there were only small cuts which required no ER visit but still extremely dangerous and scary. If someone was showering and was completely naked and exposed this would have been horrifying. This experience has completely scared me and I will now use a curtain instead. Beautiful but dangerous. Purchase at your own risk.

This shower door is absolutely beautiful and very high quality. I like the thickness of the glass, and the heft of the rollers and support beam. It did take our professional installers a bit longer than they anticipated to install but it was straightforward. Because the glass is heavy, I think it was a bit unwieldy, so definitely required two people. It slides smoothly and has water protectors that will help reduce leaking. It stays open when it's open and closed when it's closed, doesn't roll. It also has a little track at the bottom which will help prevent it from swinging back and forth too much. Not all the doors we looked at had that feature. This door is way better than we even hoped. The delivery team was very careful as well, the younger guys on the team started to lean it against a sconce and the supervisor made sure they propped it up in a way that didn't damage our house.
