Nice quality towel bar. Was lacking installation instructions and included extra parts that didn't quite make sense, but I figured it out. Easy to install with a drill.
Pretty good towel rack. Looks good. Easy to install. Functions well. Other reviews said it was wobbly, but the rear bolt just needs to be tightened in those cases. Slightly difficult to get precisely level, though.

Expensive and low quality.
Bought this whole collection. The shower head on the tub filler is not adjustable in terms of angle so you can’t angle it over the tub. When you use it and hang it back up it drips ALL OVER THE FLOOR! Plus my new tub filler arrived broken. Kohler sent a new (part) to REPAIR my brand new tub filler and the part was wrong. STILL WAITING. Not worth the thousands of dollars for this piece! Plus the finish is all splotchy!
Need to twick the fastening to the wall since in moves and doesn’t stay horizontally straight

Won't stay straight
Installed this a few years ago in one bathroom. Now finishing two more bathrooms in same home. Keeping in the same Kohler design series, this disappointing product is the only option shorter than 12" (with two supports!), which is too wide for our installation spaces. It simply won't stay straight if any pressure is applied by user of the hand towel. You don't need OCD to be bothered by this product option.
