Still haven't hooked it up, but the delivery process was terrible. I was not told that I needed to call the 3rd party delivery service and schedule an appointment and when I tried I was put on hold for 15 - 20mins. each time before I gave up. Thankfully, James Romanella (at electricfireplacesdepot) helped to resovle this.

Love the fireplace! We hired someone locally to build it out to our taste. They said it was fairly simple to put together. It really adds to our living room! Couldn't be happier!

Easy to install, lots of accessories. Looks cool, but I wish the flame options were a bit more creative. Looks great in our room and catches everyone attention but I felt for the cost the flame effects should have been a bit better. Puts off great heat. Overall very happy. Just expected a bit more for the money.
