Nice rack!
This should probably be a 5 star review. the rack was exactly what was shown. My only gripe is that it is a bit expensive and that I was in a hurry to get it up so I put it up with drywall anchors only to have my girlfriend tear it out of the wall. So now I have my wall open adding blocking!
Disappointed and frankly angry that the hardware is not included with this product. I have to spend an additional $132 for just the hardware!!!?!? I will be returning the towel rack and will avoid buying from you in the future.

Bait and switch! This is literally just a bar and does not include the parts needed to mount to the wall. Those are sold separately and backordered 5-6 weeks. Why sell things separately when they are useless apart? Should have been clear from the description.

This is really nice stuff!
Ginger is some of the nicest product and very easy to install. Looks beautiful! And priced really well too!
Quality product
I had purchased two other shelfs on line from Homedepot and Lowes both were more expensive and lower end quality than the Newport brass. The Ginger line is heavier gauge and more attractive and with Home Perfect pricing made it a better buy.
