Dura single handle designer pullout - poor product ( built in failure component) with very poor support: 2 failures in 5 years

The single handle designer faucet cme with my 5th wheel. It worked great until water flow became very poor ( a dribble! ). This product has a cartridge that over time will plugg (resticting the water flow) in the handle assy, but I had no way of knowing about it )I purchase another from camping world and had the same issue with 1 year. I could not contact customer service by phone ( no phone number ). I made repeated trys for days until I gave up and sent an email (only method to contact them). It took 5 business day before I got a reply that did not address any of my questions and only offerd a replacement part number ( the replacement cartridge in the handle assy). By then, I had spent 2 weeks trying to get this fixed and purchased another faucet to get my RV up and running. BUYER BEWARE! This product has a built in failure component that will eventually fail on you ( at the worst time). Customer service will hot help you in a timely manner. In my opinion, this is a RV mfg low cost component (cheap) that has questionable quality and non existent customer support.

2 weeks of calling on a rv sink faucet that repedly fails! Don’t buy! Buy a name brand and if necessary, get connection adaptors.! All daucets work the same, snx dura is cheap and of poor quality ( with no support ). -bob

Defective Product

This faucet looked great, but when installed, it would not stay in position. It swung around loosely and there was no way to tighten it. I returned it.

Perfect for Our Motorhome

Bought this as a replacement for the original kitchen faucet in our 2005 Fleetwood motorhome. Love it. Easy DIY replacement, fits perfectly, looks very nice, great functionality. The pull out spray feature is handy for rinsing large pots and also for filling water bottles and hydration packs that are too big to fit in the sink under the faucet. Also really like being able to switch from stream to spray at the touch of a button. Very good design!!

Huge improvement over the two handled faucet that was originally installed in the camper. It is noticeably lower than the original, but the removable head makes that acceptable. It does have a very low flow rate and I may remove the water limiter in the hose as noted in another review. I had to make some modifications on our sink because the counter cutout for the sink was so tight (It was of no fault of the faucet). All of the hoses connected easily and without leaks. Overall very happy and I've done enough trailer and home improvements to know that most installs require some type of modification.

A good faucet for the price - the swivel is easy and goes about 110 degrees and the faucet is fairly easy to install (not sure why some complain about difficulties). Some annoyances: 1) SLOW WATER FLOW IF UNMODIFIED. Installed as it came, the water flow was rather awful, so I removed one of the flow regulators (the one in the spray hose where it connects to the faucet) and the water flow improved tremendously. There is a second flow regulator where the spray hose attaches to the spray head (you can easily unscrew the spray hose from the spray head), which has a far lesser impact on water flow (so you can take out one or both regulators according to your preference). 2) AUTOMATIC RESET OF SPRAY HEAD SETTING. For some reason the designer thought it a good idea to have the spray head automatically reset to "stream" whenever you turn off the faucet. It's actually a terrible idea - rule number one of user interface design is not to change a user's setting!

Used the nickel finish model to replace the kitchen faucet in a 2020 Jayco Precept 31UL. One engineering faux pas in this RV... WAS that the original kitchen faucet was too tall to allow one of the kitchen cabinets to open when that slide-out was in. The swap was pretty easy. Since the original was very similar. Only the space challenges under the counter made it a bit difficult. I did have to use a medium half-round file to make the counter hole slightly larger. Not much filing, though. I removed the sponge-tray thingy (4 screws) before starting to remove the original. Making it easier to reach into the relevant area. Plumbing. Faucet hose retraction weight. Etc.. Looks perfectly stock. Cabinet is completely accessible no matter what. Switch to THIS, Jayco.

I installed the faucet in our trailer a few weeks ago. It is of a much higher quality than the one we replaced, which had started leaking. My only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that if I didn't already have experience installing one of these, the instructions that came with the faucet would have totally befuddled me. So, if you're confident in your installation skills, I highly recommend this faucet. We got the white, which looks really nice.

This faucet is such a vast improvement over the one that came in my travel trailer. The water pressure is much stronger, the mixing valve allows me greater control over temperature and the sprayer handle pulls out without catching under the sink. It was easy to install. Price was right for the quality and performance of this faucet.
