Easy peazy

One of the earliest faucet replacement I have done I took the time to read the instructions and the install was hassle free. As for the faucet it works and looks fantastic recommend to all the DIYers

Leaks every 3 months

We bought this about 12 years ago and have had nothing but leaks the whole time. I replace the cartridge every 3 months and then it leaks again. Customer service try to be helpful but don't seem to listen. They have shipped me many parts over the years. All free. The problem is the faucet and they will not replace that. You shouldn't have to replace the cartridge that often. This is frustrating. Other Moen products in the house are fine.

I do love the design of this faucet!

We have been buying Moen faucets for as long as I can remember. Not only for My Home, but for our rental units they are long lasting and they look beautiful.

Instructions not included and wrong

I like the quality, but have a few minor complaints. You have to scan a code for instructions, which is a problem when you don't have reception or access to the Internet. How hard is it to include just one page with all the steps? Also, the instructions for step 5 make no sense whatsoever, looks like someone copy+pasted the text from step 4. And last, but not least, I found the included installation tool to be too short. My sink is deeper than the length of that tool, making it impossible to slide even a very short screw driver through. I ended up having to just hand tighten it with the tool. As far as quality, yes it is plastic but it does feel sturdy and good quality. This is replacing a similar faucet that also was made of plastic with chrome finish, and that one lasted us for 15 years and was still working just fine. Hopefully this lasts just as long. Will update this review if we encounter issues down the road.

Flimsy plastic pull out sprayer hard to reseat

Handle turns right only

Installed one recently. The handle does not move/turn to the left. To turn on water, with the handle in the middle, hot water runs. I have to turn it to the right for warm water and all the way to the right for cold, Is this the design or installed incorrectly? The faucet does not move to the left either, only to the right.

Morning Mefina Kitchen faucet

Love my new Moen Medina kitchen faucet. It is attractive and extremely functional. Quickly switches from spray to stream with no hassle whatsoever. Highly recommend.

Great faucet

We were replacing a Pfister faucet that looked almost identical to this one and lasted 13 years. I read some negative reviews that talked about the sprayer on this faucet being plastic. Yes it is, and it’s great! The faucet swivels so easily from side to side, the sprayer is light and so easy to use. It moves so easily and the buttons underneath for spray or solid stream work really well. Wording on the box says it has a lifetime warranty from Moen. Doesn’t get any better than that!

Repeat performance

I love this faucet. I bought it to replace the same model that we've had for 6 years which, due to hard water, had ceased to pivot and had reduced flow.

This is a sturdy, quality faucet. I got it in the chrome. Looks great. I had a previous one, the other owner had probably for years until it had to be replaced by a leak, probably caused by something else.

Disappointed

Very disappointed in this faucet. Parts are not metal but plastic and feel cheap and too light weight to last. Would have returned it if immediate need wasn’t there. Disappointed in Moen’s judgement.

Simply the best in every way!

I love this faucet! I have bought it three times for three different homes. I love that it works like a regular faucet when I want it to, but the faucet turns into a sprayer when you need that. I find it much much easier to use than the Pull out sprayers that are shaped like an upside down Jay. The handle is intuitive so I know which is hot and cold, which is typically not true on the inverted J style. And the spray part is extremely easy to pull out and use and put back which the inverted J styles often or not. it has quite a powerful spray I also like that it has the option of using the button to turn off the water temporarily. I use that feature when I refill the humidifier which sits next to the sink. It also does not show fingerprints and water marks. I just think this faucet is perfect which is why I have bought it To replace the kitchen faucet every time I have bought a new home!
