Very loud
This was a replace from the original equipment. Makes a lot more noise than the original. Would not buy again. Toilet tank makes less noise when refilling. My grohe faucets do not create the noise of the kohler
Plastic hot water valve
The valve is probably fine, although it is plastic and not the original brass But I'll never know because the old brass valve is locked up tight inside the housing and there is no way to get it out. I may try to soak the entire housing in penetrating oil and wait 2 weeks.

Perfect fit and it stopped the leak.
Bad service
I purchased these replacement valves based on the diagram on the website only to find out that ones I needed were ceramic. It would have been nice of the manufacturer had on that information on the website.
