I can't tell you who disappointing this product is! First all the instruction on WayFair are not for the this shelf. Then there are no installation instruction in the box. I have now installed it drilling into my tile, which is incredibly annoying as once it was installed I realized it is very flimsy ,now I will have live with this piece of cr... until I find another shelf that will cover the holes in my tile!!!

Two main mounting brackets in my selected finish not included and the package that contained the shelf did not have a compartment to hold these brackets. This company who supplies thus shelf needs to be contacted to correct this matter. I contacted wayfair to send these brackets several days ago and have yet to get verification if and when these brackets will ship. One more week and if not received, this shelf will be returned and will not use wayfair again.

Looks beautiful on the wall; there were no directions included, although they would have been helpful. We learned that we should have attached the brass railing before attaching the shelf to the wall.
