The quality of this shelf is good - I bought two and I'm happy with how it looks. I lowered the star rating because of the remarkably poor guidance available for installation. The first shelf came in a box that had completely wrong instructions. The company has "fixed" this by distributing the shelf in a blank white box. The instructions online are generic and don't apply to this shelf. A customer service person was helpful - after more than an hour on the phone. It just shouldn't be this complicated.

Nice shelf very solid and nicely made, which reflects the cost. On the expensive side, I kept as it was perfect for my needs.

I love this shelf. It looks amazing and is super functional.

Nice quality BUT the metal frame was off-kilter. After carefully using a level, accurately measuring my two anchor holes, and securing the tray frame into the wall, we placed the glass tray onto the shelf. Oh, no! It would not sit flush with the frame as the frame was off. I contacted Wayfair.

Perfect just what I wanted and heavy, quality glass!

These shelves provide the storage we needed for our bathrooms. They function well for the price. You will get more solid construction with more expensive models, though.
