Colors were accurate on the website. High quality, dense fibers. Packed well be easily handling (folded in half). Quick shipment. Fair price. Love it.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I was very very very disappointed when I received the rug, the color was not even close to the color it shows online (Malted). I had order it for my dining room and ended up moving it to another room because I am trying to live with the color of the rug which is brown and lite tan as you can see from the pitcure, too much of a hassle to send back. I do not plan on ordering from Overstock.com again.

Do NOT buy this rug. 1. The colors are NOT what is shown in the photograph. I thought I was getting a yellow rug. I got a green one. I think this is a different color than listed. It's the wrong item! 2. the lint is out of control. the photo shown is after vacuuming over and over and over. 3. there are little dots of other colors. I'm not sure if this is counterfeit or just really poorly made. 4. returning this heavy item costs more than the rug, so you can't!

The delivery was fast. The rug is very pretty but the colors were quite different than the photo. Didn’t look right had to return it. I didn’t like paying for the return but the process was very easy. I was kept informed of the return. Good customer service.

This are rug is lovely. Beautiful color and true as pictured. The wool is very soft and thick. The yellow is soft and the gold is minor.

Love the colors in this rug! Malted is a very muted ( not bright) yellow and greige. Bought it to go under my kitchen table & it looks beautiful in the room. I vacuumed it twice, and it did shed a lot. But other wool rugs I’ve had did the same at first. Reason for only 4 stars is it has a musty smell to it that I did not experience with other Safavieh rugs. ( I tried baking soda)It has only been on the floor for 3 days, so I’m hoping the smell goes away over time because otherwise this rug is perfect!

Item returned

The pattern was "painted" on top of the surface. Did not lay flat after 4 weeks. Pilled horribly. Returned for refund.

Not as yellow as the picture. More beige/tan than yellow. Good, thick, soft, plush. I’ll settle for it because it’s to much hassle to return and it’s soft and nice enough I guess.

Poor quality. Could it have been a one off?

This was my first return with overstock. C/s was great since it was my first return I received a refund in full. The rug is beautiful but after vacuuming it started braking down a bit, more so than shedding.

Gorgeous rug!

This rug is a fantastic buy! It is all wool with a deep pile. The green is a light grayish green that is very neutral. The yellow is beigy, so the rug will go with any decor.It is stunning in an understated way. I am considering order another one like it as my dining area is connected to my living room. Also, it arrived in 2 days to my door, so I didn't have to haul it in my car!
