RUGS DAMAGED IN ROUTE AND UNABLE TO RETURN!!!

Unfortunately and probably not to the fault of Rugs Direct, but this rug arrived at our home the first time with a huge gash in it from the delivery truck. We attempted to return it and get a replacement in time for the holidays and - unbelievably- the replacement rug arrived again with a gash in it, again from Fed Ex.

We’re very pleased with this rug. Higher quality than we expected. . I just wish the white were more true. It’s got an off white cast and my sofa is true white. But all put together it’s doable. All in all we’re very pleased v
