I disdain returning items purchased online because it is a huge inconvenience, especially one of this significant size. I'm sure retailers love it when we decide to just be stuck with it.

Pretty color-came w a stain on it. Since we have no idea what it is, we haven’t been able to get it out.

Don't buy!

The color is totally different than what's in the picture. This is very disappointing.

We got the light blue rug, it's beautiful and so soft, that's the upside. The downside is that it's impossible to keep it clean. When I spot clean with a rug cleaner it leaves an almost white spot around the stain, like the blue dye just disappears. If you put it in a room with little traffic it could work but definitely not a living room rug for us.

came very smelly mold and blue color is actually silver. I was really looking forward to it and Im just disapointed. btw i dont like when the rug is folded instead of rolled. It makes mars in the fiber. Thats an advise for the factory...cam ein as an old rug, full of rusty spots and smelly mold. Not impressed, bought a different one.

Beautiful rug. It looks more expensive than it is and it brings an elevated look to my bedroom. The steel color changes depending on the time of day and the angle you are looking at it. Goes great with a room of blue and gray decor. Great buy!

Very pretty, silky rug. This rug is viscose, aka rayon. This rug is not clean-able. I did not read the copy closely enough, and thought I had purchased a hand loomed wool rug.

This is a very pretty ice blue - lighter than depicted on the web site. It is soft and a very low pile. So much so, I bought a thick pad to put under it. The greatest drawback is that furniture puts a very obvious indentation in the rug and it does not bounce back when the furniture is moved. I mean it does not bounce back at all. So if your furniture placement doesn't need to move - no problem. But I have to move a pouf and the indentation is a real detractor.

It is a beautiful color. I absolutely love it! It is quite thin.. I wouldn't use it in a high traffic area. It is delicate fibers so the chairs leave marks on it. Lovely sheen to it

This runner rug started out on an ok note. A few raw edges were showing when I rolled out the rug, so I duck taped them on the underside and hoped for the best. That worked, for now. BUT, other issues are now appearing. ANY spot of water leaves a white mark on the rug. You can brush the low pile so you don't see it, but then it looks funny. Little snags & strings are also appearing on the rug surface now. For this price, I expected better quality.
