Colors not what is stated.
I bought this rug because it said ivory/light gold. When it came it is bluish-gray and a light green all around the edge and accents of those colors in the middle. The middle is also an all gray background. Neither the photo nor did the description mention gray, blue or green. Not at all as pictured. It's not worth paying half the cost of the rug to return it.
Fantastic Rug
Love the colors. Not exact to picture shown on Overstock but the colors are perfect for us. Quality is very nice. Compared to other sites and pricing was over $100 less than other sites.
Beautiful! The design along with the beautiful colors just set my room. I put it in my family room I is gorgeous! Colors are pretty close to picture and it does shed but that will end soon. Highly recommend!

Colors were totally off
I ordered the rug in 8x8 round. The rug is high quality but the colors were completely off. The online photo shows a rust color and ivory. The actual rug had fire engine red and gray. I returned the rug and getting a full refund as it appears they sent me something completely different. Return process was simple and straightforward. I gave it a 3 because it is a high quality wool rug but colors were not as pictured.
Good quality
Have had a very difficult time ordering rugs from Overstock due to inaccurate colors shown in pictures. The quality of the rug is excellent, thick, plush. Design is beautiful.Not sure if the mfg dye is consistent across rugs or if the coloring is defective. But this one is the closest to the website picture that I've ordered.It still is much darker and more brown than shown on the website. But good quality and still beautiful.Compare my iPhone pic with website pics for color variation.
Quality rugs
I bought two! One for my living room and one for the adjacent dining room. The colors were a bit off and instead of sending back, I was given a reduced price which I agreed to do. I have used for years and just moved them to an out of state residence. I highly recomend.

We've purchased this brand before and this rug did not let us down! It is beautiful and once again Safavieh exceeded our expectations! The colors matched what we saw on our computer monitor, and the stated size was spot on, with no need to trim the extra floor pad we bought to put under it! Seeing a rug on your floor is so different from seeing a rug on your computer, so there's always a bit of excitement when ordering online, right? No worries here! We really love this rug - it's soft to walk on, the colors are clear yet soothing, and my husband says of this rug that "it's a rug you can dig your toes into!" If we had more floors to cover, we'd definitely buy another! And the delivery? Within days of ordering! Way to go, Overstock!
