Love The Chandelier, Arrived In Good Condition
Just receive the package that is in good condition. I have checked with all the parts before hiring someone to hang it up to ceiling. Not yet installed and running, but I can image the chandelier will be very beautiful in the room. Cannot wait to see it. Great service, great price and delivery as schedule day. Thank you.

Minor assembly required?
The word "installation" was spelled incorrectly on the front page of picture only instructions. That was the first clue. This is major! assembly required. Basically, you have to put together a complete, very detailed chandelier, with three pages of poor pictures. The wiring assembly "instructions" are not to code and come with - basically speaker wire. Now I have to pay a restocking fee to ship this back. Lesson learned.

Fantastic for formal dining room!
The chandelier was incredibly easy to assemble, and came with more than enough chain and wire for easy installation. The crystal is beautiful and substantial, and the size is perfect for our formal dining room with lower ceilings (8 ft). I cannot believe how much beauty this one light fixture is able to add to the room. We spent a lot of time looking for just the right option to match a smaller room without looking too small for dining, and I'm so glad we didn't settle until we found this.
Sparkles like a diamond
Love the chandelier. Arrived quickly and customer service was prompt and effective. A few pieces of crystal were missing and they provided a replacement within days. Only downside is that I wish it came in matte gold
