I installed this faucet 2.5 years ago in my renovated master bath, and it's beautiful. The long spout pivots and the enamel/porcelain letters on the handles add such an adorable retro detail. After about 6 months, I noticed the paint was flaking off. It got worse and worse, and now looks like the attached after 2 years of one person's use—horrible! I don't use abrasive cleaners—I use green/gentle cleaners or even Dawn soap. I don't scrub, I wipe with paper towels or microfiber cloth. Paint flakes off even with a damp paper towel! There's no reason this should have worn like this. I'm devastated to have to replace this faucet, since it was perfect in my black and white bathroom with it's retro-inspired handles. I will be replacing with a Delta faucet.

Unacceptable. The faucet came with two hot water knobs. Please send replacement.

They seem a little difficult for plumbers to install and one still spins but they look beautiful!

Low water flow

Even with high water pressure at home these do not flow enough water. On full with both hot and cold on does not help. They look nice but the lack of water flow drives me crazy.

I bought 4 of these faucets in black. They have been installed for approximately 6 months, and the black matte paint is flaking off them, revealing the brass metal. Huge expense for the fixtures and the installation - very disappointed with this product.

The faucet was very nice looking but the color was not what I ordered wanted brass what came was brushed gold . Had to return

This faucet looks beautiful except for one thing. There is etching on the side of the faucet which is very noticeable and faces the doorway. I don't think I can live with this, so I'll be returning. Disappointed!

Gorgeous. It was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Came with everything necessary for installation. We love it!

Tall and pretty

We've had this faucet for about 2 years. It's a good height if you're looking for a taller faucet where your hands are not against the back of your sink. It build hard water around the two cross handles. Just don't use abrasive sponges to get that off or the paint will come off. Lovely though.

Very pretty, but quality is not there. I bought 4 of these for my house and they all have issues. Metal is corroding. Handles get loose over time and I’ve had to tighten with an Allen wrench only to have to tighten again months later. One spout gets loose no matter how many times I retighten. I am buying a different faucet to try, if I like it I will replace all 4 because these are terrible
