edited: our plumber advised us not to use this but to get something different because another customer of his had an episode of the plastic valves breaking - not good. We had to buy something with metal valves and hoses to last.

The faucet is great. The pull down spout is very handy and convenient. The instructions showed a plate for single hole installation that wasn't included. Home Depot told me that I need to contact Delta to get the plate or return the already partially installed faucet and get a new one. That's why my 4 stars for customer service. I bought a new faucet, without taking out the original one, and found out that there actually is no plate for the faucet.

Delta is such a good reliable brand, nice faucet

I really like the Delta Trinsic faucets. I've installed them many times. This one is their brass bronze finish which is not as gold as others and a unique, supplicated color. This fixutre is on the small side. Perfect for a small single sink vanity.

Not a lefty

I'm not a lefty but never thought about the fact that I typically turn on the faucet with my left hand since I consider my right hand dirty after using the toilet. Wish the handle was centered or you had the option for it to be on the left.

We love the Trinsic Line. The quality and design are perfect. Easy enough to install. We have the line in all our bathrooms and kitchen.

Got this bar faucet in champagne bronze. It works well at my coffee bar sink. Though now that I have a touch faucet at my kitchen sink, I’m wishing I had bought one for the coffee bar sink. Either way it works great. (It matches well with handles drawer pulls

Delta Trinsic pull-down lavatory faucet

The faucet was easy to install, and I really like the pull-down feature. Given Delta’s history on quality, I expect that it will last a long time. The one thing that stopped me from giving this faucet five stars is the finish. I purchased the faucet in the stainless steel finish, and I am having to polish it constantly to remove water spots. At this price point, that shouldn’t be an issue.

Small trickle of water - defective product

Since most of the reviews are good, I guess this is my bad luck. Barely a trickle of water comes out of the spout. I did the troubleshooting and it's not the aerator, and not my supply lines. I installed this, and kept the water off because I had to leave the state for a year. I had no reason to believe it wouldn't work, but it doesn't and I'm way beyond the return window. I lost $315 on this defective faucet. Today I got a $70 Glacier Bay faucet, popped it in, and it works perfect.

These Delta faucets are the epitome of high end for our master bathroom which is in process of being redone. We updated & replaced new first step done for this bathroom. I have had several friends ask to see them. Even the installer commented & took pictures!

Stylish

Looks beautiful, like the modern style. Purchased matching Delta accessories. This item was a replacement for an item I had to return. The return and reshipment were done flawlessly. Thanks for the great service.

Buyer Beware - This Faucet is Defective

In May 2023 I ordered $1,000 + of Delta products, including two of these faucets, for a major master bath remodel. Due to production delays on other bathroom material, I was unable to install the faucets until late August, (after the 90 day return period) no worries though, they are Delta supposedly the best on the market.

This is a weird one. The hot and cold are in the wrong position. I can get used to it but we got this for a guest bathroom so it throws everyone off. The water pressure is terrible. We have it in black and it shows every water stain, but that is probably just how life with black faucets goes. It is a great size though.

Too noisy, low water flow, and tight handle - surprising to see the quality of Delta faucets

We had one similar Delta faucet for the kitchen sink, and love it. So we have just bought and installed two faucets of this model in a bathroom. They look nice but are very noisy, have low water flow, and have very tight handles. One is significantly worse than the other. Delta's customer service said that they can only send me a few parts. I am thinking about whether I should keep them or totally return to build.com. But the letter is not so convenient.

Beautiful faucet, strange flow

Bought 3 of these and one had a really restricted flow. Fergusons accepted the return and the we bought another faucet and it works like the other 2 now. It could be the California restrictions, but the water doesn't seem aerated like we're used to. The flow is supposed to be 1.2 gpm, but I wonder if we got the 0.5 gpm aerator in the units. All of the piping in the faucet is very small diameter so the aerator can get clogged pretty easily. Don't lose the tool that removes the aerator because you can't get it out any other way.

Loud but pretty

This faucet swivels and is very attractive, but as others have noted, the water flow is noisy. I am having the plumber return to rotate the handle to the left, which is not intuitive, but I discovered that I use a bathroom sink while holding something in my right hand and want to control the water from the left.

Didn’t last with little use

Love the look and function of this - Till it started leaking. The inner workings went bad according to licensed plumber. It is 3 yrs old but in a private vacation residence so gets little use. Very disappointed since we paid $253

Great look for bathroom

I purchased a pair of these faucets for a bathroom remodel. Loved the clean look and simple lines. Unfortunately the plumber installed them with handle on left hand side which would then make lever push back towards wall for hot water. I had him come back and turn it around. It is a nice solid faucet. When I use it and turn it off the pex piping that came attached sounds like it vibrates or shakes as there is a noise and not a smooth turn off of water with the handle. Hoping that will resolve itself with continued use.

Finish failing after less than 2 years

I like how this faucet looked but the finish is badly chipping off after about 1.5 years. That seems a very short timeline for a fairly expensive faucet. Delta?

Beautiful faucet

This faucet is so sleek and beautiful. I can't wait to install it in my glam half bath. Exactly as advertised. Beautiful finish. Will update review after install if any issues.
