I really loved this chair… until 5 days shy of being 2 years old, one of the wheels completely broke off with no hopes of being fixed. Don’t buy unless you want to see your life flash before your eyes!!!

We've had this chair for a few years, and it's worked well in my daughter's bedroom.

It was a nice looking chair but it broke within 6 months.

Broke in less than a year

I have only been using this in my craft room and though I like it and it worked for me, it's already broken. The back completely broke and now unusable. It lasted for 10 months! I am very disappointed with this purchase. I never had a chair broke like this with minimal use.

Horrible chair

Broken upon delivery. Hydraulic lift didn’t function. Not a chair that’s carried in store. Return in store they are unable to offer immediate refund. If I could give zero stairs it would be more appropriate

Chair has no fabric protection DO NOT BUY

Everything you wear comes off into the faux leather and nothing will remove it NOTHING. Do Not Buy this chair!

Awful, dye from clothes embeds into the fabric.

Unless you sit in the chair naked whatever you wear even old multiple washed garments, their colour comes off and embeds into the faux leather. Nothing gets it out, Magic Eraser you name it, garbage. Don't Buy.

A good choice

It’s pretty easy to assemble and comfortable enough to sit in for long periods of time, would buy again for sure!

Cheaply made!

After a month of use the chair literally fell apart. I contacted Staples by email and they sent me back email saying that they will give me a refund and that I could either donate the chair (the chair is in pieces)or throw it in the trash, l put it in the trash.They(Staples)kept me hanging until time ran out for returning although it says on my account it's pending. I tried talking to the Staples store in Charlottetown but they said they don't deal with anything bought online. I will never deal with Staples again because I'm a very dissatisfied former customer.

Arrived very quick and was easy to put together. Awesome!

It looks great and was easy to assemble, but doesn’t offer much cushioning for long days.

Disappointed

I got this chair today and was so excited because all the other reviews were great. The chair I got had bubbles in the leather and wasnt smooth like it looks in the picture and there was a small hole in the leather and will only get bigger over time. Really disappointed but im planning on returning this one and buying another one to see if the quality is any better. If better quality I may change my review.

The chair looks very nice and is comfortable (although two of the wheels do not turn), but it broke after an year of usage.
