Very poor product accountability

I have ordered this lamp three times...each time wanting the ivory or cream glass shade (per picture and description on website...each time I received the white glass shade. Each time I needed to request a return, rebox,and deliver lamp back to UPS and wait for corrected ordered lamp to arrive only to find it to be not what I had ordered and rebox, and re-deliver another to UPS. Each time I order by phone from a customer service person who assured me that the lamp glass shade would be IVORY or cream and after the third wrong color I just want my money back. Each time x4 I needed to call Customer Service Returns I spent 25 to 30 minutes on a hold line. Very poor service.

This light fixture is elegant, provides great light, and is a great value.

I love this light fixture, so much that I also have it in the 17". It provides great light from the ceiling mount.

i fell in love with this the first time i saw it on the internet. i purchased the 21in. with brushed nickel finish...did not disappoint. it replaced an ugly, uninspired fluorescent fixture in my kitchen...i am thrilled with the quality and design of this light fixture.

Love this piece! We needed an overhead light in our master bathroom and wanted one that would serve as a statement piece, as well. This fixture fit the bill. It complements the other design elements and isn't just pretty; it also illuminates the space beautifully. Very happy with our choice.

Perfect for our dining room

The light hangs just low enough to make a statement. We had guest over and the comments were very positive. The light looks great over our teak table and looked great over the blue table cloth.

Great company!

Our light arrived earlier than expected, but we had ordered wrong color, so contacted Customer Service who were great! Then we ran into problem with Fed Ex losing the returned light and again Customer Service was great and helpful with getting a refund for us, and the replacement light arrived before expected again. We will be installing it next week, but am confident there will be no problem. And yes, this is a real customer because no one else could make up all these snafus!! Kudos 1Stop!!
