First of all great price for solid wood. Great quality easy to put together. I’d buy from here a 1,000 more times before I buy from IKEA.

How do I rate the bed, I never received it. Tracking number provided by Plank + Beam was for some Walmart boxes. Never got the bed and have had to contact customer service multiple times. Shockingly, still no bed and no refund.

So far so good! Solid wood (heavy) and low VOC paint. Clean and simple lines. Love it!

This is a good solid bed. My husband assembled it alone with no problem, but he is pretty handy. Shipped in a good timely manner. The only complaint I have is that the wood slats are pretty far apart. Most mattresses require the slats be no more than 5 inches apart. These are closer to 10 inches. My husband bought a sheet of plywood to put down on top and it works perfectly. We are happy with the bed.

Problem with headboard

Overall, the quality of the bed was as or better than expected. However, the assembly was marred by ill-fitting slats in the headboard. The holes for the slats were at inconsistent depths, causing the slats to not align properly, and the side pieces to not align with the pre drilled holes. I had to leave our second home, cut the slats to fit properly on my radial arm saw at home, and drive back to finish assembly a week later. This was very disappointing and a terrible inconvenience. This should be a very basic quality control check.

Perfect in my older teenage son’s room. Very sturdy and very well made. Easily assembled as well. Clean lines but yet very versatile. Will probably have for many years to come.

Mom loves her new bed frame, the color, the fact that it is solid wood and Plank +Beam has gotten in the nightstands and 3-drawer dresser that matches so we have ordered those pieces to finish out her bedroom suite.

The bed and nightstand are good quality and very solid. The pieces are nicely painted and look just like the website pics. The nightstand drawer fits well and slides smoothly. The pieces were not difficult to assemble with the instructions provided. A great value for the price. Definitely recommend.

Overall, I like the bed, but it is very difficult to assemble because the wood for the frame doesn't come with pre-drilled holes to fit the screws. Instructions are okay, but you need a drill to make it work.

Overall good design and product but some of the parts came with paint blemishes and scratches. Some of the directions could also be a little more clear.

The bed is fine. Mediocre quality. Better than the worst, out of contention with the mid/high-end. The company and customer service are absolute garbage. Tried to process a return 27 business hours after purchase…was told to pound sand. They are transactional and do NOT care about customer service. Not a single bit. Would never buy from them again.

Great Value

This is a quality, sturdy bed frame. Great product for the price. Be prepred that nothing is pre-assembled and everything you see in the picture is an individual piece but it went together well.
