Disappointed

Issues with construction/design: no padding on back of chair, a piece of matching fabric pulls over the wood framework & attaches w/ Velcro, ditto underside of seat. Seat & back squeak when sitting on chair.

Unstable legs made of poor material.

Poor quality. The seat parts look and feel good, but the leg construction is terrible. I even tried gluing/clamping the legs to keep them in place, but after only a few months, they're unstable again. If I could get new/better legs, it wouldn't be bad.

not worth it

bought three of these 18m months ago. First one is slightly taller than the other two, second they are very stiff and uncomfortable and last they are now all wobbly and need to be replaced.

The service was very good, fast, efficient and just as advertised ... delivery was on time ... chairs were what I expected them to be🤗.. assembly was easy with good instructions.

I wanted a counter stool that had a more masculine feel, and these were it. Comfortable and a perfect scale. Love them!

I Recommend This Product

These will be used in my apartment for the bar counter top. They were shipped to me very well. Packed very good. At first I was afraid because the boxes were banged on the side and were not kept upright as indicated on the box. But when opening the box, they were in tack. Easy to assemble. Although the directions say it will take ~ 10" to assemble, it took me longer. Ended up taking me ~ 20" per chair. My only suggestion is to make the assembly directions a little easier to understand. Maybe better quality picture or diagram. Oh, I also liked that they provided extra hardware. That was a bonus.

Beautiful Chairs, Wonky Assembly Instructions

Love these counter stools, HATED the assembly. There were so many nuances that I finally had to veer from the instructions and find my own process because the instructions in the packet did not make sense....at all. BUT all in all they are beautiful barstools with quality material. The only downside is the velcro back. Some reviews said the bottom of the fabric did not go all the way down to the the underside of the seat and they were correct, but that doesn't impact the look or comfort. One of my favorite things is the depth of the chair. Nice an cozy for a basement bar.

Beautiful Stools

These stools are perfect for my space. They are very heavy duty and well made. Perfect soft gray color and have held up well over 4 years so far.

Great value comparable to those bought from Z gallerie. Very sturdy and easy to put together. Nice sized. Got many compliments from visitor.

beautiful chair - assembly was a pain

The Chair is gorgeous and seems sturdy, time will tell on that. I will say that there is NO way on this Earth that it can be assembled in 10 minutes like the instructions say. It took my dad (a contractor) and myself, about an hour if not longer to put it together. The world’s tiniest wrench was included and an absolute joke, we ended up using a socket set and screwdriver to put everything together, if we had used the little wrench they included, the chair would not be done and I wouldve thrown it in the middle of the road (my patience was gone). Some of the pieces were a difficult fit, but it fit and seems that it will hold up. I’m a big girl, and this is for my home office counter desk, so I think it will work fine. I have a new appreciation for purchasing chairs that are already put together!!
