Great product

I had originally bought another toilet paper holder from this collection that was very cool looking, with only one side of the bar anchored to the wall and the other side open. The toilet paper kept sliding off onto the floor. SO…I got this one instead, and I love it. Toilet paper stays on, still looks cool, everybody’s happy.

Overcomplicated installation and difficulty to get it looking aligned.

BE AWARE: this holder is over 9 inches wide!

I wanted this holder to cover some holes previously drilled in my vanity. It's so LONG that could not work. When arms pushed together, you can't easily remove the roll dowel. I had to return it.

Direction were a bit hard to read when installing, but I absolutely LOVE how this looks compared to the crappy toilet paper holder that I had when I moved into my condo a year and a half ago.

Difficult Installation plus Functional Flaw

Doesn't look bad. Ridiculously big. Bad installation design. Very tiny aIlen set screw on bottom edge of mounting plate is difficult to work with. Takes two hands to remove the roller. When you compress the spring roller there is minimal lateral play so it takes your second hand to grab the other end and manipulate it out of the bracket. It feels like the roller will bend or eventually break. Installed the Gatco toilet paper holder and two towel bars. They are all an absolute pain to install.

Looks great but way too much pressure is being placed on the sides from the center price. It’s holding for now but I’m concerned it won’t last. Considering trying to replace the springs in the center to decrease the pressure.

Absolutely horrible. It was horrible to install and will probably fall off the wall in a couple days.

One of the higher quality items on Wayfair! We bought the matching towel bar and are very happy with both. The holder is sleek but does look like it’s designed for wider toilet paper rolls.
