Very well built. I was a little nervous hearing reviews about hot it gets and can be hard to control temp. It's no problem at all and maintains high and low heat and seasoned easily and is beautifully non stick. It's worth paying more over a cheaper brand.

Top of the lien Griddle

Excellent griddle. Very sturdy and high-quality griddle.

Great flattop griddle. Its a learning curve for me having never used one. Holds heat, very high quality, look forward to years of use.

Best purchase for outdoor kitchen. Definitely lives up to the quality!

Very well designed - best griddle on the market

I've used / tested a couple of griddles from Blackstone and Camp Chef. I've checked out all of the griddles on display at Home Depot and Lowes. Nothing comes close to the Elite4B in terms of design and griddle functionality.

Exactly as advertised

Awesome griddle

Halo Elite 4B griddle is awesome. Shipment was fast and it was delivered right on time and in great condition. The griddle puts out plenty of heat and cooks very evenly. I have been using this griddle at least 3 times per week and its just dream to use. Plenty of space to move the food around and food comes out great. I originally had a little problem with placing the order. I went as far as writing an initial negative review about BBQ Guys. However, Anita from customer services immediately reached out to me. She was extremely helpful and corrected everything that went wrong. She actually cared and wanted to make sure it was a positive experience for me. Really appreciate all she did to correct the issues. I will definitely recommend BBQ Guys to all my friends and family going forward.

Very high quality product and thoughtful design. Good control for gradient cooking and the lid is a huge bonus for cooking and storage. Love this product.

Griddle Newbie

We looked at several griddles and purchased the Halo because we were able to convert it to natural gas. We also were impressed with the zone cooking and found it to have more value for the dollar. In addition we also liked the lid and the ability to warm it when closed. The cover works well in Minnesota weather.

Horrible experience with vendor

I accidentally placed order late at night when business was closed. The very next day on the minute they opened, I tried to cancel by calling them directly. The Rep said she would "attempt" to cancel. I received an email a few hours later that it had shipped. It's really shameful and feel scammed. I order a lot of BBQ equipment but never dealt with BBQ Guys. This did not go well at all. How can that be when I immediatlly tried to cancel order within seconds online and immediately the next day by calling them. I even tried to compromise with rep by saying I will keep the item but if on labor day (within 30 days) there is a sale on this same item if I can simply get the difference in price reimbursed and they basically brushed me off. It's unfortunate as I am sure I will love the product itself but shameful that my experience with this company was not very pleasant. Long term, BBQ Guys lost a good customer.

Great grill

Love my grill... great service.. came with a dented top and it was promptly replaced.

Excellent flat top grill. This was way better than expected, easy assembly easy to use and the features are very easy to use! The heat is very even all the way around! Rated number one in my book after owning a few different flat tops.

Gets very warm, but cooks evenly. Happy with my purchase.

This griddle is the best built one on the market.

I did a great deal of research before deciding to purchase the Halo 4B Griddle. The ability to cook with the lid closed, adjust the height of the wheels, cook at high temperatures and the fact that it's portable, made it the best choice for me. The griddle was very well packed and protected during transport. Once received, it took me about three hours by myself to put it together. I have cooked several meals and love the versatility and usefulness. I would recommend this to anyone.

I got a call today- I will need to be home for a 6 hour window to sign for this grill. Would have never purchased from home depot to save $40 but have to take a vacation day.

Best griddle out there!

I am very satisfied with the Halo 4b. Quality in mind when designed and love the burner configuration options.

Exactly as advertised. Read the directions first. Simple build. Quality Construction. Usable, insulated, hinged lid. Good performance. 11” water column gets the griddle over 700 degrees so after seasoning you probably want to switch it to the lower setting.

Best griddle on the market!

I have used many different outdoor cooking appliances from gas grills (the burners rot out and it cost more to replace them than buy a new grill), ceramic smokers (almost impossible to control the temperature), and pellet grills (by far the best for long cooks and holding temperature). I was contemplating looking for another way of cooking when my wife suggested I look at outdoor griddles. Once your wife agrees to something, you better get going and buy it before she changes her mind.
