Worth the investment

Love the performance of my Halo Elite 3B so far. It heats fast, cooks evenly, and allows for easy pre and cleanup every time.

I have been griddling for about 6 years. I purchased the Halo after using my brother-in-law’s. This griddle has by far, the best heat distribution of any I have every used. Front to back temperature control, and extremely high heat if you need it. I highly recommend Halo.

Excellent 3 burner griddle. The temperature is easy to control and doesn’t get too hot. The quality is unsurpassed. Assembly was easy with the excellent directions. Customer support was first class.

Pay the extra $ and get it somewhere else.

Just learning how to use this griddle, and so far it has been pretty good. I would have easily given it 5 stars except NFM has let me down and possibly Halo too. The automatic igniter doesn't work. Never did from the time NFM dropped it off at my home. Obviously it was never tested by the folks who assembled it. Wouldn't be a huge deal if it was a grill. Just light it with one of those long butane lighters. It is not a grill. To light it you can't just stick in one of those lighters. It doesn't reach the burners. You have to lift up and remove the griddle every time. And it is heavy and cumbersome. It is a giant pain. If you buy one get it some where with professional assembly. Pay the few extra bucks. Rant is over. The griddle is great once it's lit, and I will be using it more than my grill.

Great Griddle but leveling is a pain does not work

Great Griddle!! But the leveling system is garbage, you will have to use washers or something else. For $800 you would think an easy leveling system that works could have been designed!!

Halo Griddle is a Tank

The Halo griddle is built like a tank. It’s my first griddle and takes a little getting used to but I love it. Also works great in the wind.

First Impressions - Improvements Necessary

I leveled, cleaned, and seasoned my new griddle today prior to my first cook. I'm happy with the performance overall but there are some definite improvements necessary to get this piece of equipment to be reflective of what Halo is selling.

3-Burner and 4-Burner are the same price $899?

Home Depot has the incorrect price on their website. The 4 burner is more expensive at $999 and the 3-Burner is $899.

So far, so good! I have used this griddle for a little more than a month and like it so far. I made a bunch of Oklahoma smashburgers for a group of friends that have become the most requested dish I make! Had plenty of room for double patties for everyone and I love the rack for quickly putting bread, etc once it's cooked. I like that I can control the temp into different zones from ultrahot to medium or even low. You definitely will want an IR temperature gun. And be sure to buy the grease pans specifically for Halo, or you will have a mess. My only negative is the user guide. I got through all of the assembly and seasoning and THEN the instructions said to wash the griddle first. Grrrr! Other than that, great griddle!

Some might say I'm obsessed!

This was my first-ever outdoor griddle and I have no regrets for choosing Halo! It is so well built and sturdy... much more high-quality feeling compared to the griddles I checked out in stores around me. I had no issues seasoning the plate and it's been super non-stick since. The size is perfect for me, I usually cook for 2-6 people. Breakfast has been one of my favorite things to cook on it! I started using an infrared temp gun to learn the temps but after just a few cooks I've found it's really easy and intuitive to manage temperatures on this griddle. Highly recommend.

Leveling is terrible else

Highest quality - great value

Love everything about it. Heavy duty, Greater Even burn area, cook with lid closed, grease trap is large, can be used as a table top or put away for easy storage.
