Very disappointed in the quality of these pendants. I ordered 3 for our new construction home . One shade came broken and the threads on another are defective and do not work. I have been waiting months for the replacements. They are backordered until late August. So disappointed in Visual Comfort Studio. Certainly not the fault of Lighting New York, but I wish they would advocate with the manufacturer to allow me to order new pendants.
