Overall decent

Overall this bidet is pretty decent. Water psi is adequate as well as the comfort of the heated seat. Issues are the seat isownquality and scratches very easily as well as the loss of room being I have a round one. Advise, purchase elongated toilet first and get elongated bidet. Not enough room for men in front.

It's OK

So, I wanted to love this bidet toilet seat, but only 'like' it. It is much more comfortable than some of the others I've tried (like the Toto), which is good...it has the features that are prevalent for the nicer ones, but they work just OK. Sometimes the pressure and the water temperature seems inconsistent. I do like the auto open feature. The heated seat also seems to vary.

Best Bidet Toilet Seat Ever Had

I think the Alpha UX Pearl bidet toilet seat is the best one I have had to date. I have owned several different bidet toilet seats since 2014. In the high-end model category, I have owned BioBidet BB-2000, Brondell Swash 1400, American Standard SpaLet 2.0, and Toto C5. Alpha UX Pearl beats them all by far! For context, I'm a male that is 6 feet and 250ish pounds with a short legs and long torso. The reason I mention this context is because I have realized after owning many bidets that a person's body size, particular their butt/hip size influences how well one will like a particular bidet. For example, I found that Toto C5 is uncomfortable for someone with a typical butt size of my body type. My male friends, who have skinny/small butts, loved Toto C5. Anyway, after a month of using Alpha UX Pearl, it's just perfect for me. The water pressure, nozzle adjustment positioning, cleaning ease. slimness (compared to other models), etc. were all just amazing! I highly recommend this bidet seat. Oh, if you have a skirted toilet (which we do) you will need to also get the adapter for the water hookup, which BidetKing sells.

A Really Great Purchase!

I did a lot of research on bidets before I bought the Alpha UX Pearl. It had most of the features I wanted, was within my budget and included easy installation. I have had the Alpha only a few weeks but I love it! The directions were clear and easy to understand. The remote is simple to read and operate, and is secured to my bathroom wall within my quick reach and won't get misplaced. The Alpha is easily adjusted to your own specific desires and the removable lid makes cleaning very easy. You can also sit on the lid with ease. I really like the sanitary cleaning and the bowl pre-filling that facilitates a clean toilet and bidet at all times. All the features work very well. The night light is a nice touch and comes in pretty handy, BidetKing gave me fast and friendly service so I recommend them if you are interested in buying a bidet. They have a wide variety of products and will help you if you have questions. I am very happy with my Alpha!.

Alpha UX Pearl

I’m very pleased and satisfied with my Alpha UX Pearl bidet toilet seat. The installation was quick and simple. The quality of the experience of use is beyond my expectations regarding the use and operation of the bidet. My experience with the BidetKing order taker was also excellent. I’m strongly considering purchasing a second Alpha bidet for the guest bathroom.

My first bidet and I love it..

I did a lot of research on bidets. The alpha UX had the best reviews and now I know why. It has a beautiful low profile. The oscillating stainless steel tube has adjustable water pressure and temperature. It cleans front and back, no need for toilet paper except to dab dry. The blow dryer works ok but does not dry completely. The remote is easy to operate. I will probably be buying another AlphaUX for my other bathroom.

Love it!

This is our second bidet, and it is much better than our first one (it died after about four years). What I love about the Alpha UX Pearl: the light can be set to come on automatically in the dark; the wash cycle is gentle but long; the remote can be mounted on the wall, not attached to the seat; the deodorizing feature really works! Love it!

Bidet Virgin

A friend of mine had just purchased a bidet sear and was extolling its virtues to the point that I had to investigate the utility myself. After researching the products being marketed, I selected Bidet King's Alpha UX Pearl model, which was touted as THE best affordable unit vs its competitors. BK does not exaggerate --- this baby does it all!

Alpha UX Better Than Expected

We've had the Alpha JX in one bathroom for 3 years. Recently, we remodeled our 2nd bathroom and purchased an Alpha UX to install on a Toto Drake toilet. We intended to buy another JX, but the UX just happened to be on that day for a price very close to the JX.

It's GREAT! Buy it!

I had a Brondell Swash 1400 that I bought in 2020 for over $600. It kept having problems and breaking so I'd have to keep sending it in for repairs. I didn't even install it until 2021, so it only lasted about 2.5 years. I was a bit hesitant to get a pricey bidet again, but I am so glad that I did. This bidet is far superior for so many reasons. For one, when you sit on it, it is flat which means there is not that awkward bidet angle that some have. It also has a sanitizing mode, which I love. The different sprays, angles, and heat levels all work well. Also, I saw in some reviews that some people felt the feminine wash was too strong, but I find that it works perfectly well.

Life is Short….Get One Now!!

I’ve been using the Alpha UX for over a month now and my only regret is I didn’t buy it sooner!! I researched and read reviews (watched you tube videos) for a few days, narrowed down to Toto or the Alpha UX. The endless warm water of the UX was the deciding factor. My only hesitation was not having the prewash of the toilet prior to use to decrease “splatters” sticking which is a real problem sometimes. Well, I’m happy to report that has not been an issue at all with the seat of the UX. I think it positions you so that it just doesn’t happen!!

Good, but not great

This is my second bidet toilet seat (other was Bio Bidet) so I have experience and a point of comparison. Pros: The seat has fewer seams and a stainless steel sprayer so it seems to stay cleaner and be easier to clean. Also, I like that the closed seat lid will allow me to sit on it, which my last bidet seat did not (by both weight & design.) Cons: Several features don't work as promised - like the sensor night light or the power saver mode. Seat makes loud start up noises the moment you sit down, even if bidet function is not used. Mechanics placement reduces bowl opening by several inches even with elongated seat. The heat and water pressure levels are hard to guage with just five LED lights (especially since lights don't work properly.) But, my only significant personal complaint is that compared to my last bidet seat the water pressure from this unit is very light even when set to max, compared to the "cyclone" spary from my last bidet seat. I could over look the other cons & non-funtioning features, but not sure this last con is offset by the pros. Surprised this was the highest rated bidet seat online. I'm giving it 3 stars, based on personal preference. If strong water pressure doesn't matter to you, that could bump it up to 4 stars.

Nice unit for the money

Never had a bidet before. Did a lot of on-line research before buying. My daughter had this brand and was very happy with it.

3 months use. Upgraded from Tushy bidet. Pros: heated seat, water, and air dry settings (5 levels each). Remote is simple to use. Easy to install but instructions limited. Cons: Poor install instructions...put the mount on backwards 1st time due to poor pictures (the arrow should point to rear). Lower water pressure than Tushy. (Wife ok with this but I miss the full water pressure.) Need a 120VAC GFCI recpt...easy install for me, but could be costly. Several settings are only found in user manual (e.g.econo mode) not easy or evident on remote. Some require 2 button pushes you must learn, but these are infrequently used. Overall wife loves it, I'm good with the quality/value of our purchase!

MUCH BETTER THAN BRONDELL SWASH 1400!!!

Pamper your tush

What a wonderful unit. The Alpha UX Pearl far exceeded my expectations. It cleans and refreshes you and is truly a joy to use. Installation could have not been simpler. I would highly recommend this for anyone that wants to improve their hygiene and the sanitary conditions of your toilet.

Features that You'll use.

I was looking for a Bidet that offered the following: Remote- adjustable features such as how warm the seat is, how warm and strong the stream is and this has an adjustable wand. Also has a dryer!

Almost perfect.

By all accounts this should be 5 stars, and for you it may be. The bidet is as advertised, it works flawlessly and is everything they claim it is. Unfortunately after paying a premium for their product we found we couldn’t install it without a different valve due to our skirted toilet. I called for the valve, and they charged me $29.00 (for the part plus shipping) and it took a week to get it to me. Never said anything in the promotion documents about needing this for a skirted toilet, and then didn’t even try to get it to us quickly? 4 stars is all I can give for that reason.

Happy: Went with Alpha UX Pearl

As with the title, went with the Alpha Pearl after a long, long research of readings and I am glad I that did.
