Perfect, but get help with assembly

This chair is probably the best you can get for the price and I'm really happy with it, but beware: putting it together was quite difficult as the instructions weren't the best and the seat part was quite heavy for one person. It was totally worth going through the effort of putting it together though as it's the most comfortable office chair I've ever sat in, and almost every part of the chair is adjustable to your liking.

One of the arms broke

One of the arms broke within the warranty period but I never found a way to connect with the manufacturer.

Good chair

I bought this for my husband to use at work. He feels it is comfortable and likes the fact that so many aspects can be adjusted. It was not difficult for him to put together.

After searching and searching for a good chair, I thought I found it in this one. Nope. It's an OK chair, not bad like most, not good. My biggest complaint is the extreme lack of lumbar support. The meshing feels very loose, I'm not sure if this was a faulty model or what. There were also a couple of screws that don't fit where they're supposed to (holes weren't even drilled to fit screws) and due to the back height adjustment there is a metal mechanism that creaks ALL of the time. I don't even use the back adjustment, which is also annoying because when pulling the chair out from the back of the chair it's really easy to lift it up and it's extremely loud. I tried to return the chair but they said I had to completely disassemble it (reasonable) but then told me I'd need a pipe wrench? Which I didn't have and wasn't about to buy to RETURN a chair. Overall my rating is a combination of the disappointing chair and the company's approach to returns. Order did arrive on time, customer service was decently responsive and the seat of the chair is comfy and all adjustments work as far as I can tell, although I still have no idea what the very front-most bar does, it's not in the instructions and it doesn't seem to budge.

This is a great chair. In is extremely adjustable, well made, and very flexible to use. It's also wonderful value.

Very sturdy and comfortable chair. Thick cushion. Have one in the work office and one in my home office.

The set up of the chair took a lot of work! However now that it’s set up and I’ve been using it for over a month, it’s been really great for my sciatica. Many office chairs give me terrible back pain, but this chair has saved me from many days of uncomfortable and painful work.

Uncomfortable Seat

I bought this chair for my office and it was uncomfortable on the very first day. The seat is too hard, very uncomfortable for such a nice chair. Had to return it.

Wrong item shown in photo's, don't buy!

Walmart has the wrong photo's attached to this item. The chair shown here is model ALEEL4215 not ALEEL42ME10B. It's going back, paid $34 extra for the wrong chair.
