Love this chandelier

I love the look of this chandelier. There are many out there but the unique form of the Sputnik lights on the inner portion instead of typical candelabra set this apart. For such a large package it arrived quickly and was very well secured.

Chandelier Great, Shipping Terrible

The light fixture is great, but the shipping is ridiculous. I pay $1800+ for a fixture and the company ships the large fixture on a pallet. Instead of taking the pallet, the company leaves the pallet on my driveway. Now, I have to pay a third-party another $100 to have the pallet removed. The company should have left the fixture and taken the pallet.

Pictures of this light do not do it justice. This light is stunning and looks amazing in my home!! I will admit it had to come freight which added some challenges

One socket was not working had to send back, however customer service was great ! They send a new light out right away! Would order again from them.

Super cool light fixture; helpful customer service

This chandelier is the perfect blend of retro and rustic contemporary. Everyone who walks in our house comments on how cool it is. I chose the medium size to hang over our barn wood dining room table and it looks perfect. The original fixture had a design flaw, so we had to take it down and return it. It took about four months to receive the replacement fixture -- the mfr had to completely redesign the wiring. Works great now and the Build.com customer service team was very helpful throughout.
