Important Instruction with Pioneer Cups

My first recipe was really tough using these cups, in fact it was too crazy, so skip my pride and I'm a long time Cook. I could not get the ring apart. It takes a bit of strength and with RA or Rheumatoid Arthritis, not only are your fingers numb a lot, your strength is depleted as well. So I used the cup/cups and then when it came time to wash, I figured I could just put them in the dishwasher. They did not wash clean. Well how could they with the other cups attached. How embarassing. So the ring can come apart, you may need someone to help you and once you do, don't ever put it back on again. Take my word for it. Other than that, they are excellent cups, watch out for the sharp edges on the sides that attach the handle to the cups.

Pretty

These measuring cups are so pretty and class up my kitchen a bit. Love the stainless steel and was happy to get rid of my old plastic ones. I know these will last me for years.

Handle edges feel sharp

I wanted stainless steel measuring cups and the pioneer woman set was the only one available. I'm not impressed with them. The ring that holds them all together opens randomly and doesn't hold them together. The edges on the handles need to be more rounded because they feel sharp. The writing for the amount on each up needs to be more prominent because you can't see it very well. Not particularly happy with the flower pattern either. Overall, they work as measuring cups should. They are not dishwasher safe and that's a bit of an aggravation. Gee... sounds like I'm having a bad day... maybe. lol They work but the main issue for me is the sharpness around the edges of the handles that needs to be more rounded because it makes them feel uncomfortable to hold.

Ring not made well

Cups are nice but the ring that holds them together came broken. It was laying on bottom of box away from item with broken weld

Sturdy

These are very sturdy measuring cups. The embossed handle makes them look quite expensive.

Not horrible for the price

Edges around the top of the cup are very sharp. And feels kind of cheap. Not like my grandmas measuring cups!
