Defective item or poor quality

Purchased for my mom for Christmas. When she went to use it for the first time, it didn’t work at all! Unfortunately the return and exchange window was already closed. Waste of money!

Unit will not charge. Opened the box on a brand new product and it will not charge. Poor product. Customer service is no help. Wasted p.urchase

I’ve had this for a year used it once and packed it up due to a move. Had it in charger for several days and it would not recharge . Came in here to read reviews and I see everyone had the same problem . Lost money on this one ! Not happy

one use and done

I was so excited to get this, as I e been wanting one, so my hubby bought for my birthday. Well, here goes. PROS: nice style and love the attachments and the ability to turn handle to a 90° angle. Love how it’s rechargeable/cordless. CONS: I don’t like the power buttons- oddly placed, but to be fair, I do have arthritis. Next, when you initially turn it on, it’s a process. It’s NOT press and go. Finally, worked once, would charge, but still be dead. Multiple tries. Maybe. I got the fluke one?

Trash battery design

Bought one of these, battery bad right out of the box. Exchanged it for another, same story. Only reason for 2 stars is the attachments and accessories look high quality. If you could get your hands on a working one, may be a good item

Not worth it

This was a birthday gift that the person was finally able to get settled in their new place and the unit won't charge or turn on. Has been blinking for 2 days and nothing. Cannot return as it has been nearly 9 months. Didn't expect this. Should have read reviews on other sites.

Was great not any more

I love this blender however after 18 months I not only never received my extra products like the blender for the immersion stick but now it will not charge. It will not work even if used will directly plugged into the immersion stick. What a great disappointment.

Quality not what I expected

I thought for the money the accessories were cheaply made and would rust over time. The hand held motor was very nicely made and it seemed strong. For me, a hand held mixer did the same thing, came with its own storage unit and cost $40 less. It was a mo brwinwr for me.

Just like the others

Bought this item but did not use it right away. When I needed to use it, I plugged it in to charge, got the red blinking light but never charged after 24 hours. Too late to return and was a waste of money. Very disappointed in the brand and that Kohls even sells products that are not up to par. I liked the fact that it was cordless and came with multiple attachments but what good is it if it doesn't work.

stopped charging

This is not cheap, and I’ve only used this a few times and I was so excited to use it again, but now when I put it on the base it just continuously blinks red. It’s been charging all day yesterday and today and still hasn’t changed or charged at all. I no longer have the receipt for this either. Waste of money. I see a whole lot of other reviews on multiple sites for this product for the exact same issue. Clearly it’s not uncommon. They should probably fix that with how much money they are selling this

Stopped working after a year

Don’t buy this product!!!

I bought this for my mother for Christmas. When she finally opened the box to use it, it would not charge. This is very disappointing as Kohl’s has a holiday return policy that ends 1/31. She wanted the immersion blender to make dishes using things from her garden so did not try it in December or January. I expected the product to at least work when she opened it. What am I supposed to do with a defective product that the store won’t return? That was wasted money, and I feel scammed!

Testing

I bought this before Mother’s Day to give it to my wife. I’m starting to use it a little bit. what I’m mad about I paid 99 for it plus shipping now you got it down for 69 free shipping I don’t think I’ll be buying another product from you people. I’m not happy about this two weeks drop price.
