Like their food processors, these immersion blenders are top of the line. You will pay for it, but they are worth every single penny. These blenders are durable, powerful, and designed in such a way that both cleaning and repairing (if you choose to do your own maintenance) are easy. I highly recommend these blenders for any commercial kitchen, and for home use if you believe, like I do, in buying the right product the first time.

This thing is a beast. It's essential to our shop-- will puree anything into anything. We use it several times a day, love how much it can process and the detachable head is great. It does get heavy/hot have a bit of work but cools quickly and doesnt seem to slow it down. It's worth the price

I'm in love with his new toy. It works like a charm. I definitely recommend the adapter to just leave it in te pot since it's kind of heavy but gets the job done in minutes. Highly recommended. Watch out for the very sharp blades, they cut you by just looking at them.
