Worked great at first, now it won’t light. Base is not heavy enough, almost blew over in high wind, but I saved it.

It’s nice. Works great

Used it a few times, it heated up quickly and the heat output was good. Hoping I can use until Dec before the frigid weather sets in. Did fall with heavy winds in the area and top got dented on one side.

Technically I give this a rating of 0 but that was not an option. Sucks! we finally went to use it as the air is getting colder. I bought early to ensure we had it when we needed it. It does not work. I even had a mechanical engineer look at it. It's defective and they did not allow a decent return time. I stuck with it and out the money!

Good way to take the chill away.

The heater was easy to assemble, though took about an hour, and it throws off the heat very well. It's pretty at night offering a nice glow as well as taking the chill off the night.

I haven't had a chance to open and put together yet.

poor quality

I bought this in ithe spring of 2020 for use in the late summer and fall. It doesn't light well if at all. used it three times so far, always difficult to light with its archaic spring loaded push lighter. last time i used it, there was a large flame where the pilot is. Today, it will not light even with a match and a new tank. I have owned a dozen heaters over the years and this is by far the worst one I have experirnced.

Great patio heater

Easy to assemble and is the perfect addition to my back deck. A drink ledge would maybe be nice for some situations but so far my main use has been quiet evenings outside reading and lounging on the patio furniture. Will definitely get more evening enjoyment out of the yard and outdoors till there is snow that sticks around with this now.

Powerful Heater

This heater does a wonderful job of warming up our patio. However, the picture shows it much smaller and this heater is much larger, more cumbersome that it needs to be; it takes up a lot of room to get it near the patio table.

Great warmth when there is no wind,,, we live near the lake and get a lot of wind so sometimes it blows out the pilot light.

Great heater but not stainless steel

I bought this heater as a replacement and so far I am very happy with it, it works well and is well constructed. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is that, while the heater is shown as stainless steel, it has in fact a stainless steel finish. What this means is that where the stainless steel finish is chipped it will rust and mine has already (after about a month) small rust spots at various places.
