This is your standard patio heater but it was a great price. It was easy to assemble by one person. The instructions were clear however, if you choose to put sand in the base make sure you do it first before you fully assemble the rest of the unit. It ignited on first try and works great. It's not a fancy looking heater like some of the others but it sure warms up my patio well.

Provides good heat. However putting together took a bit with poor directions provided and it leans slightly. But overall good heat and very fair price

we bought 2, one works fine as expected, but the other one has a problem, the ignitor keeps making a clicking sound, even though it is not on. The fire doesn't stay on that one either.

We bought this about a week and a half ago to use in our backyard for a bbq. Easy to put together it didn’t take me too long. Works great! Happy with this and I’ll definitely be buying a few more !

Hampton Bay 48k BTU patio heater

Not too difficult to put together but connector descriptions and instructions were not particularly clear. 3D uild app helped a little but I bad to re do a couple of steps.

Great heater. Does take two to put together. Heat it puts out is great.

Overall good product and good value. The little "feet" that go on the bottom of the base are very weak, need to figure out how to reinforce those.

All in all very solid heater. Only thing really is are missing handles to move it around easier and more importantly the fact that the gas hose is kinked because of the way the regulator is connected.

This really throws heat.

Was happy with everything, except - wish they had indicated that sand would be needed for assembly. Really can’t proceed without and would have been easy to purchase when getting the heater. Do allow time for assembly
