This patio heater was easy to assemble. The directions were easy to follow. It has a nice metal shield around the bottom to hide the propane tank. It has wheels that make it easy to roll to the location you want to use it at and then return it to the garage out of the weather when not in use. It puts out a lot of heat that is adjustable for comfort. It's tall so you can stand under it, set it by the outdoor table or between chairs since the shroud radiates the heat downward. Nice addition to our outdoor life!

My wife wanted something for the patio for early spring or fall evenings when she wants to sit on the patio, but temps are chilly. Unit is perfect for that. It was fairly easy to assemble with great directions. One part had a post attached to a plate and the plate was warped. When I screwed the plate to the attachment, the post tilted. Called East Oak and showed them the issue and it was promptly replaced and worked great. Very quick turnaround on my issue and great customer service! Highly recommend!!
