Igniter doesn’t work

DON'T BUY

I received this heater today after ordering it online; the product was obviously returned previously due to partial assembly of heater and dent on the heaters base. I thought to ignore the dent but when I got to circular tray , it was bent. I immediately called online customer service and was told to try contacting manufacturer myself since home depot didn't have available replacement. No support or help whatsoever from customer service so I have to disassemble this and drive it back to store. Horrible way to do business.

It took a long time to put this heater together

Bought this for my dad for his birthday. Cant wait to use it! It took a long time to put it together that's the only down side. It shouldnt be that complicated.

Sturdy and well built

This heater is built well and puts off a good amount of heat once it’s been on for a little time. We use under our deck and it warms up the space. I have not tried on a windy day but overall I’m satisfied with the amount of heat. Our space is 10x20 and can feel the warmth sitting 4 to 5 feet away. It’s sturdy and well built. I like having the little table on it as well.

Difficult to Assemble - Difficult to Start

This was an absolute NIGTHMARE to assemble! Holes in adjoining parts didn't align correctly. It was difficult to access places where to install screws. Screws were small; so my husband's big fingers couldn't hold or fit them in the places they needed to be, and I had to help--I am not mechanical! If I had known it was a challenge to put together, I would NOT have bought this heater.

This patio heater puts out just enough heat, and its table is handy for outdoor entertaining. Highly recommended!

I had bought a cheaper one at one of the big box stores, and after I got it put together I gave it away This is the real deal, easy to put together and really good looking. You wont be disapointed!

Patio Heater

This heater is a beast. Easy setup and heat’s awesome.

Product came warped but I didn't want to deal with sending it back so I set it up, but much to my dismay the ignition switch does not work! Infuriating!

very disappointed with this patio heater

In less than two months, the igniter worked very seldom. Had to get candle lighter to ignite it. Heat screen has bubbled and I don't expect it to work much longer.

Exactly what I expected , a little difficult to put together
