Came on time could not wait to hang it and turn it on.came fully assembled also with chain.I put it on my outdoor porch attached two small hooks to the ceiling above my couch hooked the chain to the hooks and let it come down from the ceiling a bit plugged it in and pulled the cord to turn it on and instant heat .At night it acts as a heater and light it's great

Outdoor hanging heater

we really love this heater we have it on the patio and it is great. It has really stood up against the elements, Would highly recommend. As always very satisfied.

You can certainly feel the warmth

I bought two of these heaters to hang from my gazebo. It took a bit of fine-tuning to perfect the setup, but we’re really happy with them. The placement of the heaters is important and we needed to buy extra chain to lower them enough to really feel the heat. Please note that plugging both heaters into the same outlet tripped the breaker, so if you plan to buy two for your space, you’ll need to buy an extension cord to plug it into another outlet on a different circuit.

Nice for small area

Like this lamp. It is good for a smaller area and works best with no wind. Hung it in my outdoor gazebo.

Does not give off any heat even on the highest setting. Have to stand right below it to feel anything at all. It's so bright at night you may as well bring the bug zapper while your at it. If your looking for thing out in the gazebo in the back yard this is not yet. What a waste of money.

It is nice, gives lots of light and gives some heat. Not as hot as I wanted it to be but still a very good heating lamp

I bought one and it did not last long. Got a replacement and it did not last long. When they worked they heated well. After a while the string fell off from us turning it off and on. We were able to attach it back on again.

Amazing product. Glad I purchased this. We used it in those summer cool nights under the gazebo. My husband uses it now in the garage when he works on the car. It gets nice and warm.

This is a nice heat lamp if you stand a few inches under it in mild weather. If it's actually cold outside? Forget it. I was hopeful this could extend our patio parties well into December (including a midnight toast on New Year's Eve), but it doesn't give off nearly enough heat for that.

This item barely puts out any heat. I have it under an outdoor pergola and you feel minimal warmth if you put your hand almost touching it. If you are using it to provide a small amount of heat to an item directly under it, it might be suitable. Otherwise, it's pretty useless.

We use this to heat a portion of the back porch for our outside pet. What I like most is ease of installation and that it serves the intended purpose very well. What I like the least is the 6 ft power cord...it's a bit short, but an outdoor extension cord remedied that!

I liked this heater but, as others have mentioned, it doesn't seem to last very long. I also didn't realize that you have to register it within the first 30 days of buying it. I would still have another month left on the warranty but guess I'm out of luck now. Shame
