Well built but inaccurate specs so no fit.

The product appeared to be well made and of good value.... however, the stated specifications were inaccurate and it did not fit a 2.5 inch pole, rendering it entirely useless. Additionally, the specs did not show how a heat shield (top, which is not included with the product) attaches and my existing heat shield was not transferable.

Great product

Mounted to our patio heater easily. Filled with sand for extra stability. Even in windy conditions our heater does not blow over as in the past.

Great replacement and was easy to install. Well made and works even better than the original. Puts out lot's of heat.

This is an excellent replacement burner for the cost.

Better products are available.

The regulator sent with unit doesn't work...it's for for a propane tank for goodness sake. I had to use my old regulator to make it work. The housing unit was a different size, I had to get creative to make it fit. I feel this unit was way over priced for what I received. This is the 3rd time I have changed out the heater unit in my outdoor heaters. I have never had such problems I had to resolve to make it fit and work.

Get it before you they run out.

This new burner head fit my old 1 and 1/2 inch pipe . Make sure to keep all old parts from old burner head. I had to cut off the gas regulator hose and then reattach after snaking the line down the pipe.

Defective

Did not work. I can't say if it was just a fluke in production or not. They've been out of stock and I've been unable to get a replacement. I will update this review if or when I do.

Far from perfect - but usable.

Fire Cylinder Screen had a large dent in it. Pounded it out. LP GAS regulator was no good. Had to use the old one. Mounted it to pole, and it did fire right up. Seems to operate correctly.
