Great heater!! Bought it for a holiday party and it was a huge hit. Kept us all toasty warm out on the back deck! It was easy to put together but did take about an hour and a half. Package very well for shipping.

Looks Stunning

I was very impressed with how fast this very large item arrived. It is well packaged and should not arrive damaged unless the courier really mishandles it. It was easy enough to put together if you follow the instructions. Recommend 2 people to assemble and have a small ladder or step stool handy. The "tools" that are included are of very poor quality (like Ikea but worse) Its best to use your own tools.

Heater that works.

Simply an awsome addition to my patio. I have purchased many outdoor heaters but this one stands alone. It actually puts out enough heat to warm 400 square foot area. Deffinetly recommend buying.

I bought 2 stainless steel units. and it looks great. but the heat is horrible. it was not windy and had to be very close to feel the warmth. For 644 usd I can but some really nice lights and not have to keep refilling propane.

Stylish flame tube heater.

Very stylish heater. Flame tube is almost like a fire pit on the deck. Too tall to store in shed for the winter.

I LOVE these! I bought two and they set the backyard off! They don't put out much heat. However, the ambiance look amazing. I feel like I'm at a five star resort. I will tell you I hired a handyman to put these together and he had such a hard time. The first one took all day! The next one was quicker but it was so much work. The blue plastic that was coated on these did not want to come off and came off in little tiny pieces so that made it really hard. Overall I will buy more and buy again because the finished product looks amazing. You will need one battery for these and a 20lb propane.

Do not buy if you want to use for more than one season

The top screen broke and the entire top fell off. This thing cant be bought anywhere. When I called the company they apologized and said they aren't taking backorders because they haven't even started making the replacement parts. I was told that it took them several years before they started selling parts on their other lines of heaters. The employee went even further to say that he had tons of people and retailers that were looking for this specific part. Not sure one star reviews will make a difference and get them to support their product but we can try. Part number "SGT-SCREEN" Hopefully these are available soon. If they are not, plan to buy a new one when the screen breaks!

I have a love hate relationship with this heater. When it works it is exactly everything I want.... but it has not worked most of the time I have had it. It has had several parts fail. First was the tip over safety switch. When I tried to get a replacement it was unavailable, so I bypassed it. I got about another month out of it before the screen on the top rusted out and the entire top fell off. I spent the next 6 months trying to get the part to fix it. I even ordered one from china that ended up being a scam. This thing cant be bought anywhere. No replacement parts

Tried to get an SGT-SCREEN part after mine rusted. The company says they don't even make them to sell. Used it for one season, and they want me to just throw it away and buy another because of a $5 part.
