After putting it together long story on that topic . Had it lit for 30 minutes now want work at all . After calling now sending parts still waiting for the parts.

Fantastic outdoor heater

Tabatha from Charming Bench helped me select the perfect heater. It shipped quickly and was pretty easy to assemble. Visually the gas heater looks great, keeps us warm outdoors and has a great addition to our backyard!

well made...took about 2 hours to put together...waiting to see how much heat kicks off, but first impressions solid

The very first time I used it it started right up but the glass cylinder in the middle is stained from the smoke and just doesn’t look right. Not sure if it is a defect.

Love it...helps us extend our outdoor living!

Works great. There were a few scuffs on the metal support bars from transit, but not enough to make me send it back. I recommend using your own tools versus the ones the provide for assembly otherwise it will take you days to put together. Overall I am quite pleased with my purchase. Hope it lasts for a couple years.

Great look appears very sturdy. Amazing warmth love the ambience of the fire up the tube!

Better than expected!

The assembly instructions are ridiculous as they always are these days. The unit came together rather well with two people working on it, but the handle wouldn’t tighten down on one end so it’s floppy and unusable for now. The heater itself is a dream on the patio; heating our entire area of 12 x 18’ and looks magnificent! The flame is spectacular and fully adjustable. I just ordered the cover with a zipper to keep it protected when not in use. This product performs better than we expected.

Stylish, good amount of heat. Unfortunately, easily blown over with strong winds. I needed to replace broken glass tubing due to blow over. Would definitely recommend securing to ground

Not as great as promised

Arrived timely and as advertised. The assembly directions were not easy to follow. But when it was finally together, it was beautiful and worked well.

This heater works well on our new patio. Even though it is tall because it has wheels it is moved easily... We lake use of it a lot now that we are coming into winter. I absolutely love the way it looks! I’d recommend it!
